I upgraded my msn hotmail a few days ago,paid $19.95, to double my space. I am not receiving emails and the message indicates my email is full . What should I do to correct the problem?

I doubled my email storage space with MSN a few days ago paying $19.95 for one year. I did this after receiving a message that my email storage was growing too rapidly . Since then ,I have not received emails from friends who indicate that their emails do not go thru because my mailbox is full . Any suggestions. Does anyone have an MSN contact phone number ?
