Will Microsoft update time zones in Outlook 2011?

Over the past year or so I have become quite frustrated at the timezones in Outlook.

Not only are they far from comprehensive, but they are also significantly out of date.

Samoa, where I spend most of my time, jumped the International Date Line in December 2011, but outlook still thinks its in GMT-11. Samoa also has two timezones, thanks to day-light savings.

Does anyone know if Microsoft is planning to update the timezone info for Outlook 2011? 


Junk Mail Settings not working

I have my junk mail setting to high and have blocked and marked hundreds of emails as junk but they still keep coming into my inbox. Nothing is going into junk mail. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sent items in conversations

I am switching from Outlook 2010 on Windows to Outlook 2011 on a Mac. In 2010, I used the conversation view to select both a message in my inbox and the reply in the sent items folder simultaneously in order to move them to a folder together. My problem is that the sent messages won’t show in the conversation view. I’m stumped as to how to get something like this to work so that I can easily move message to folders. Any help greatly appreciated.

All of a sudden I cant open my Outlook on control strip it bounces yellow box opens for a second and then nothing HELP. Was away and had laptop and when I got home yesterday checked my main computer the outlook opened but got a message need to setup outlook (for some unknown reason as had it for at least 9 months)

Do same set it up and working fine, but the laptop still the same problem cant open

In the connected to part in the bottom right corner of mac outlook, it shows the name of another user rather than exchange or domain name, has anyone come across this before?

I re-booted my Mac this AM and Outlook is gone.  If I search finder for outlook I can find some old messages but when I open them they are corrupt. Where did outlook go?

Just updated to 14.3.2 (130206) and noe all my sent Emails go into my Junk Email Folder ?

Can anyone advise how to stop all my sent Emails going into my Junk Email folder everytime I send an Email.
It has only happened after the update this morning.
Now on Version 14.3.2 (130206).

Keeps sending from the wrong e-mail account

I have four different e-mail accounts.  Instead of sending all mail from my default account, this horrible version of outlook keeps auto sending mail from whatever e-mail address is highlighted in my inbox.  I have on numberous occasions sent out e-mails to people from an address I didn't want anyone else to know existed!  I even put in the settings  "forward and reply to mail using default e-mail account" and this very ill-written software STILL put s the wrong e-mail address in the "sending from" box.  What do I do?

I use Outlook for Mac on a laptop running Parallels, and Windows 7 on the other side. I am not happy with the email storage with Outlook for Mac, and am considering trying to export olm files and convert to pst to archive and search using Office 2003 on the Windows side. Can I run both Office for Mac and Office for Windows this way without corrupting licenses on the same laptop?
