Can you set-up a Fax number with Outlook? How do you sign-up for this and/or set it up. I'd like to receive fax's directly into my outlook instead of a Fax machine? Is that possible?
I want to know if Outlook has anything similar to Google Voice? Can you get an office phone set-up that integrates with Outlook?

I have seen this problem mentioned a couple of times on the forums, and tried the solutions suggested (fixing permissions on all drives, clearing cache on the inbox folders etc..), none of which have worked.
My copy of Outlook has stopped adding email address' to the auto-complete memory. It remembers all the address' before a certain point, but has not added any new ones after this point, which is incredibly annoying and time consuming.
Does anyone have any idea why this might be? Or any potential fixes for this incredibly annoying issue?

I don't like the serie Mail/iCal/Carnet d'adresses from Apple, reason why I bought Outlook 2011 for Mac.
I succeed transferring all my contacts to Outlook.
I try now to transfer all my mails with their categories to Outlook too but I don't succeed. I read some discussions on this forum but they are obsolete as they were with snowLeopard and Outlook 2011. Would someone have good news for me and find a way to transfer all the mails with their categories from Apple Mail to Outlook 2011 for Mac ?

I often cannot find emails and have to tediously look for them. I cannot figure out a was to ask outlook to just search and tell me which folder it's in. thanks.

I've just been upgraded from Hotmail to Outlook.com. I have Outlook for mac 2011 and so have set up my old hotmail account into Outlook for mac 2011. All my folders have not been replicated - I only get my inbox. How do I get my old Hotmail folders
to show in Outlook for mac 2011?
Opening Outlook (Microsoft 2011 for Mac) gives a window Microsoft Office for Mac with "mise à niveau de l'identé" and "mise à niveau des messages" but it is blocked or at best it takes up to 5 minutes to boot.
