IMAP headers won’t download

I am using davmail to sync my OWA (Server 2003) with my Outlook for Mac 2011.  

The Inbox folder seems to work fine.However, child folders under the Inbox and other folders (such as "Sent Items" and "Deleted Items" don't display the headers for messages -- just the placeholder text "no subject."

If I go to *each* folder, right-click and then choose "Repair Folder," the headers appear.

How do I make this work without having to rebuild every folder by hand every time I use Outlook?

Calender syncing problem in Mac2011

Hi we have one user of office 365, with that single mailbox we are using 6 devices iphone, imac 3 nos., ipad, macbook & windows pc. 
we are facing some challanges in calendar syncing. suppose our mac is not on and we are updating something through windows pc then it will not get update in off machine and whenever we will start that machine that will disturb all calendar entries.

Please help.......


All my emails have disappeared from Outlook For Mac since installing latest update. No calendar, no contact, no emails. Help!

On my home personal mac laptop, I installed the latest update of Microsoft OFfice for Mac this morning - and now all my emails have disappeared from Outlook.
What could have happened?  Has Outlook disconnected from Main Identity?  How to fix?
Called the Microsoft Office "Support" telephone line and, after being disconnected twice, routed to three wrong departments, they advised me that as I'm using Exchange Server email accounts, they could only offer support for a $200 fee.  I can't afford that.
Help!

hi,  i am using Max Office 2011 and today there is new update release 14.3.8 but i am not able to install it as it say i should install OS X 10.5.8 however i have latest OS X 10.8.5.  Please guide why not able to install the update.  i have previous update 13.3.7 of Office.

Outlook Accounts screen

When I click on tools/accounts, all I get is a blank white box/screen. There is nothing there.

I have rebuilt the database, upgraded to 14.3.8, restarted computer, everything short of reinstalling outlook.

Any ideas, other solutions?

Lost most of my contacts and groups!!

After doing the 16807Office 2011 14.3.8 Update on my Mac I lost most of my contacts and contactgroups!! I closed all the programs before updating. I don't sync my outlookcontacts. 
If I click at contacts (left under) the page is blanc.

What happend and how can I get my contacts back??

Old user name appearing on received emails on Outlook for Mac

Hello all,

 

We handed over a Mac that belonged to an old user (let's call it John Doe) to a new one (let's call it Jane Doe). We deleted in Mac OS X the old account, set up the new one, configured Outlook for the new user (deleting the old one),  etc..

 

However, something funny happens, for instance:

 

If I send an email to Jane Doe, on her outlook it will show up the following

 

From: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

To: "John Doe" *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

 

despite when I sent it from mine I sent it to "Jane Doe".

 

Has anyone come across this issue? Is it related to Outlook or the OS?

Hi,

When ever i am receiving an email from our web portal to my MAC machine which has Outlook installed the. Email text is compacted. It shows only in a particular portion of the screen.

Please find attached the image of the email received.
