How do I sync Mac Outlook 2011 to my Nokia 920?

Not just calendar and events, but incoming and outgoing email as well.

Windows Mail lets me create a Message Rule that will automatically delete a sender's email (using the sender's domain name). But I get 100 or more new senders everyday. It takes me 5 strokes to delete one sender. That's 500 strokes everyday.

I have been struggling with persistent errors with Outlook for Mac for months and I am just fed up with it.  After having re-archived all my mail and re-built my local Outlook calendar (cleared the cache and downloaded last data from Exchange server) yesterday, I am still being plagued with error messages.  Examples as follows:

Error code 17886.  Error: An unknown error has occurred in Outlook.  Details: Mail could not be sent.

Error code 18000. Error: While downloading the meeting It's Breakfast Time!, some attachments may have been lost.  Details: To try to recover the attachments, hold down CONTROL, click the calendar in the Navigation Pane, and then click Folder Properties. Then empty the cache. Outlook will then download the latest version of the meeting to your calendar. Open the event again. (This is precisely what I did yesterday and it took 10+ hours for everything to sync!)

Error code 19995.  Error: Permission Error. The folder "" could not be moved or deleted because you do not have the appropriate permission on the server.  Details [none]

Error code 19707.  Error: Could not synchronize record: Work From Home today to Exchange server: Esecuritel.  Details: The request timed out.

If anyone can provide any input to the root cause here - local Outlook installation or Exchange server; or can provide specific help on one of the examples provided that would be fantastic.

I know this is a strange question. I work in the office all day long with Microsoft Windows and at home occasionally with the Mac version. Unfortunately look and feel is completly different. Is their a way to have the office version (toolbars etc.) look more like the Windows one?

Hi. We use Portal.microsoftonline.com with Windows and MAC clients.
One Windows client shared him Calendar, but with rights "Folder Visible" or "Free\Busy time".
Another Windows client added this Calendar and can see only "busy" meeting.
In same time MAC client added this Calendar and can't see anything.
Then owner Calednar change permissions to "Free\Busy time, subject, location".
Now Windows client can see Free\Busy time, subject, location, but MAC client still can't anything.
And, when on MAC i look Shared Permission - they not changed. Still "Folder Visible".
Why MAC client can't see anything??? Why shared Permission not changed???

I have test Exchange 2010 SP3. I have configured there same infrastructure, and With Exchange 2010 SP3 MAC client can see shared Calendar!
How do I restore backed yp emails to office outlook for mac. I have tried importing them but can't find them.
I changed hosting for my domain.

My email account is setup as an IMAP account.

Before changing hosting, created my email account on a different computer with Outlook2010 as a POP3 account and downloaded the emails.

The changed the hosting.

All emails in the IMAP account got deleted.

Then I moved the .pst file into the MAC and imported the pst file in Outlook 2011.

Then dragged the imported emails into the inbox of email account.

Now the emails are continuously uploading into the server in a loop.

Is there a way to stop this?

Thanks,
Kula.

I seen how Microsoft disabled the Junk Protection Options menus when Outlook 2011 is connecting to an Exchange 2013 account.  However, I noticed that when a message is in the inbox, you still have the option to "block sender" or "mark as junk".  On the flip side, if a message is in the Junk folder, you have the option to "mark as not junk" or "allow sender".  In the case of Outlook 2011 connecting to an Exchange 2013 account, what function do those options serve if the junk filtering is actually handled by the Exchange server?
I'm using Outlook for Mac 2011.  I've configured my email account as prescribed in http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/outlook/send-receive-from-app. The email is syncing my mac correctly (several devices are receiving the same email).  However, the calendar and contacts in Outlook for mac are totally without any data.  No calendar appointments.  No contacts.  Do I need to enter different account info to get the calendar and contacts?
