In the last three months, I have been prompted to rebuild my identity database six times. I have started over with a new identity and I am still getting prompted to rebuild the database. This seems to be common with Outlook 2011. Is there a fix for
this if starting with a new identity does not work? Thanks.
I'm having a discussion about healthcare and Outlook is changing when I type and hit enter hmo to mho.
Why is it doing this? thanks.

Hi guys, hope someone can help.
I am experiencing issues with Outlook for Mac 2011. When users create their own entries in public calendars they can edit / delete them no problem up until about 2 weeks after the creation date. Then only people set to the 'Owner' permission can edit or
delete them.
This is affecting all users. Has anyone else experienced this? Anyone know how to sort it?
Office 2011 for Mac seems to add extra spaces between sentences. How do I turn this off?
Thanks for your help, Alan
I have bought an office 2011 for mac for home and student, I need to upgrade it to office for home and business since I need the outlook to receive all my emails.
I have tried to purchase the product key but unfortunately my country is not in the list. I live in Indonesia.
Is there any other way to buy the product key to upgrade the office to home and business?
Hi, I have been getting this error message in Outlook ("Connection to the Server failed or was dropped") when I attempt to send emails. I am receiving some emails, but not all. I am not getting test emails that I send to myself.
When I send an email to certain recipients, they don't go through. They don't show up in my sent folder either. I have checked my account settings, but am not sure what to change.
I'd appreciate any help you can offer!
Thanks,
Katia

Hi Community
I have been trying to get Outlook for Mac to create a new meeting using the "Create Online Meeting" button and menu item, but was constantly getting an error suggesting that Lync was not signed in (which it was). Both of these softwares have the latest updates to them.
I turned on troubleshooting logging and when I attempt to create the message I am getting the following error:

Could someone help me understand how I could potentially solve this issue

On the MacBook Pro, O/S 10.8.5, Microsoft Outlook 2011: For some emails with a later time of receipt, they are appearing in the inbox lower down, beneath other emails that were already received earlier on, instead of at the top, like normal. What could
be causing this?
Hi,
I had installed MS Office for Mac 2011 on a new Macbook Pro Retina laptop which I just bought.
The installation went fine, but when I tried to create an Account for Email Account from Tools ->Account. It does not appears any window for me to enter all the Pop/IMap details. I am not able to closed Account page. I tried the Exchange and Directory
options, they work fine. Hence, I am now not able to create any Opo3/IMAP account :(
Anyone encounter the same problem?
best regards
I am on a 30 day trial of Office 365. I am trying to setup my Outlook.com account on my Mac. It is working fine on my Windows 8 laptop, but I hate lugging that beast around.
When I allow Outlook 2011 to configure my account automatically, I get this error message. "Account cannot be added. Note that Outlook 2011 requires Exchange Server 2007 SP1 Update Rollup 4 or later."
When I use manual setup using the server that my Windows machine found, snt-m.hotmail.com, I repeatedly get a popup notice that "Outlook was redirected to the server autodiscover-s.outlook.com to get the new settings for your account ....@outlook.com..."
I check the checkbox to "Always use my response for this server" and click Allow. The popup returns within a few seconds.
I have tried resetting my Outlook.com password, which my Windows machine accepted without issue. I have deleted and setup the account on Outlook 2011 several times. I would like to use Outlook on my Macbook Air. How can I do that?
