Hallo,

Prozessor Intel.

Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen ?

Vielen Dank im Voraus.

Gruß Stephan
Hello,

After an upgrade from Microsoft. It seems my mail profile and e-mails that I stored locally to my computer has been erased. I found "Microsoft User Data" folder in the trash bin. I restored it back to the hard drive and rebuild it. I wasn't able to recover the e-mails that I stored locally on the computer.

Is there a way I can recover this?

I'm running Mountain Lion: 10.8.5. Using Outlook 2011 - 14.3.9.

Thank You
I'm upgrading from Entourage 2004 to Outlook 2011. I'd originally tried doing a direct import, but when Outlook went searching for my Entourage identity, it gave me the message "no entourage 2004 identities found". So I generated a .rge file to transfer data to Outlook. However, Outlook didn't import my accounts data.

It's been years since I set all of this up, and there are nuances that I can't remember at this point, so creating the accounts from scratch in Outlook isn't a good option. How can I make this work?

Thanks.
My outlook has been working wonderful for the last couple of years with my mail server and just suddenly last night it stopped receiving new e-mails. I reset the settings and created a new database and deleted the old ones so see if resetting outlook would allow me to retrieve my mail. It didn't work at all. Now outlook only syncs about 14 messages in my inbox and doesn't receive any new mail since yesterday. It won't allow me to load any older messges in my inbox since wednesday. I can send mail fine. All my sub folders in my inbox load and I can load old e-mails in them. I can't find anything that will work to fix this issue. I have outlook software on both macs and both are having the same issue which leads me to believe it's a server issue, except for the fact that I can send/receive e-mail perfectly on all other  software (Apple Mail/Iphone/ipad/)

Any idea what's going on with outlook?

Update: I reinstalled outlook and now I'm gettting an "unknown error" and no mail is showing up in the inbox but the containing folders are still there.
On my Exchange 2013 ECP, I went to Servers->Databases, then double click to open one of the databases listed, I then clicked Limits, under "Keep deleted items for (days):", I set it to 30 days. But the deleted items in Outlook 2011 did not get purged automatically even it's over 30 days.
Is there anything I missed? Thanks much in advance!
For use in other programs (like Filemaker) we like to have every message (incoming and outgoing) available as a pdf.
In appleScript this can be automated using the "print" command from the Outlook AppleScript Dictionary.
The properties to be associated with this command are "as pdf:true" and "path name: URL to the destination file".
One would expect that this would save the current message as a pdf on a predefined location (e.g. a folder on the Desktop), but this is not working.

For the sake to completeness, here is the basic script as an example:

tell application "Microsoft Outlook"

set myMessage to item 1 of (get current messages)

tell myMessage

print myMessage with properties {as pdf:true, path name:"file:///MAC HD/Users/BDJ/Desktop/FMTemp/test.pdf"}

end tell

end tell

Unfortunately, this script is sending the message to the default printer (our office printer) and we get a printed copy.

Is there anyone who can clarify?
Is it a mistake in the script, or is there a problem with this command?

Thank you.
Bernard.
Hello!
I'm newbie in MAC OS that why sorry for simple question.
So using MS Office 2011 for MAC with all actual updates installed on MAC OS 10.8 Snow Leopard. When I trying to delete message from any folder I:
- select this mail
- press <Delete> button from menu or <Backspace> from keyboard
and nothing happens.

Mail is not deleted and cursor that selects mail moves down to the next mail. Sometimes if I press <Delete> or <Backspace> two or three times I can delete message but it doesn't happen all time.
Also I trued to reinstall Office and use it without any patches and updates, but it don't helps me.

Thanks in advanced.

Yury.
I have a huge collection of emails that are very important to me saved in outlook 2011 and are no more available on the server, they got deleted some how. I need to transfer all these emails from outlook 2011 to apple mail. I used the import/export wizard of outlook 2011 and it created a folder that contains all my emails and sub-folders in .olm format. This folder cannot be imported into apple mail as there is no option to import from outlook 2011 or import .olm files. So I need to convert this folder into .mbox format so that it can be imported to apple mail. So any ideas or solutions on hoe to convert .olm files to .mbox???

After updating my OS to Maverick, I noticed that my outlook 2011 no longer sync with my apple contact/calendar. Anybody who has the same experienced and any suggestions on how to sync this.

Need your HELP badly. Thanks in advance.
