I just bought my Microsoft Office 2011 for mac, with its 25 digit product key
everything is working ok but Outlook: the damned window keeps asking me the product key, and i fill in the same 25 digits I used for the the start up but the answer is: wrong product key??!!!!
What happened?
p.s. I bought the product key at the Apple store

Season's greetings to all !

Since about 2 weeks Outlook is taking forever to start. Once launched, it actually remains for about 10 minutes on the "Identity configuration" windows, and only then do I get the regular Outlook screen. Once in place, it works OK but of course this very slow start is really annoying.

I have tried reconfiguring the identity several times, but nothing has changed. On the other hand I am getting nervous that all my data (contacts, calendar entries, mails) will be lost.

How can I get Outlook to start normally again, i.e. at a decent speed ?
new to MAC and do not want to lose this historical data

Hello,

Yesterday I opened up MS Office Outlook 2011 on my Macbook 2013 (OS X 10.9.1) and all of my emails, folders, etc. were gone.  Can someone please let me know if I can restore them and explain how to do so?

Regards

I have a subscription to Office 365 Premium Home and me and my wife both have outlook.com email accounts.  I have shared a calendar with her and she is able to see on the outlook.com web based outlook, however, the shared calendar is not showing on our laptop version of Mac Office 2011.  I am able to see everything on my Windows 8 Outlook 2013 no problem.  So seems like either I haven't configurly correctly for her Mac office or maybe this feature is not available (defeating the purpose of office 365 IMHO).  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I have started to get an error message " 5.1.3 Bad Address syntax in my email account. I am using Outlook 2011. It does not appear to be affecting sending or receiving email. I have no idea what it means or why it has appeared, or how to resolve the issue. My internet provider is Optimum and I am using Airport Express wireless device.
Any help would be appreciated. The error sound "bong" is driving us nuts

Thanks
Hello,
I've the following rules for POP accounts on my computer:
Rule 1:
- if any criteria are met
- from contains "planet-sports.com"
- change status to no junk e-mail
- activated

Rule 2 (because there's no AutoArchive function like in the Win version):
- if any criteria are met
- folder is "Important Messages (On My Computer)"
- received is 30 days old
- move to "Archived Messages (On My Computer)"

Unfortunately both rules neither work when sending and receiving mails nor manually run the rule.

What have I done wrong?
Have used migration assistant to populate a new macbook air.  Both were updated to Os X Mavericks 10.9.1 before migration.  I have purchased another WPX&O from microsoft and used the key to get office running.
The problem is that when I type in a name or other search term into the search box for my contacts it returns no items found.
It will find new names that have been put in since the migration.
I have tried to export my contacts from outlook for mac into a tab delimited file.  I will then open this file within excel for mac.  The notes for each contact seem to be placed in the first field where the contacts also place the first name.   Any ideas on how to get my contacts properly formatted into excel?

Thanks,

Lee
Why does outlook not show the date in just send emails? This does not happen if the email is stored first as draft and then send. It is a little bit crazy and it is very stupid because you cannot pick out a wanted email by date. Thanks for an answer soon!
