Hello,

I recently created a couple of Outlook accounts/aliases to use but I have been unable to receive emails from a particular sender. The strange thing is one of my two aliases I can receive an email from the sender fine, but the other alias cannot receive an email from the same sender. I have already put the sender in my Trusted Senders list, but it's strange that only one of my aliases can receive the emails and this is something I would like to keep sorted into the other alias inbox. I wonder if this may be due to when I was trying to change my email from the particular website from my old email to the new Outlook email, without thinking I rapidly clicked the "Send confirmation to change email" button many (10-20) times and I wonder if because of this my account is automatically blocking the sender's emails thinking it is spam.

If any help could be given with this issue it would be much appreciated.

I am afraid your link doesn't help. There is nothing new in the link to help. Each one ends up to the same procedure, which is to provide recovery security, if didn't work, you fill the form and sent it to MS to reset the pass word.

For the last two months I have been filling the form and sent it to MS every day. But MS doesn't respond. when the problem started, I was getting response at once, stating that I have not provided information enough. Later I was told I had to wait 24 hours to get a response but I didn't get any after 24 hours.

This email: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is very important for me. I have to get it back and log to it. If necessary I will go to the court.

Please note that I am using the correct security answer and pass word but still I can not log on.

Under skydrive I've created up a group with which I share photos . Till this summer this worked well : everytime I added a folder , I shared it with this group and each member got an email indicating a new folder was shared.

It doesn't seem to work that way anymore . When I share a folder the group members get the access rights but they DONT receive the alert message which I write.

If I try to share the folder  with a "contacts group" (ie a simple email group created under Contacts), the recipients DO receive the alert message and can access the photos.

Is there any way of restoring the propoer functionnality for the "skydrive group" ?

Has it to do with a software update ? with the switch from W8.0 to W8.1 ?

Any help would be appreciated .

I have a domain : shribajrangindustries.com and have some users created. The problem is, In a month, twice/thrice my email a/cs are blocked and asks me to Unblock my Account by SMS Verification and after verifying, each and every time, I am asked to change the password.
However, I have already verified my every a/cs through SMS Verification.

It really being hectic for me, verifying all the time and forcing to change the password frequently.

Request, you to plz make such adjustments and disable blocking my accounts and further, I may not received such notification to Unblock my account.

The effected email ids are below :

how do setup auto email forwarding of specific emails as they come in sending a copy to my friend

not all emails need to be forwarded

Validated my DNS record and managed to set up my email addresses but when I sent a test message to my email address get "rejected by server for recipient domain .... Error returned was 550 Mailbox unavailable.

Hi! previous to this account i had an another account........ i just want to know that how to open that Microsoft account that i just "closed" by mistake.......in the sky drive settings.

When i try to sign in it says"That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different email address"

Its is very an important issue as i am not able to access my files .....please reply me as soon as possible......

My outlook email service is defaulting to "sent box" can you please explain how I get it to default to "In box" as it should be.
