Since yesterday I am unable to access "print preview," and when I print an email the text has been shrunk to an illegible size.
The options in the drop-down menu under the ... don't help with this. This is a new problem within the last 24 hours, which is at the same time that the "print" button disappeared.
I have setup my custom domain on domains.live.com.
1) www.ayrussoft.com
2) www.ayrussystems.com
I want to reset the password for one email account. But I dont see any option in the admin area kindly help me out.

I have read many threads already and tried all the suggestions.
When I click "sync" the dial up connection dialog box comes up. I have a broadband connection thru my wireless network. I have clicked all the buttons to no avail.
IE works. Firefox works.
I have done these things:
1. uninstall/reinstall WL email (twice)
2. repair (twice)
3. Opened IE and unclicked "working offline". IE connects.
4. Unclicked "working offline" on the email program but it does not stay unclicked.
5. I use Firefox and that works.
6. I tried to connect WL email while IE was open and it still does not work.
7. I have done options > connections > unchecked the dial up options > internet connection settings > change > set up an internet connection > it tells me I am already connected to the internet.
Please give me a new solution to try.

A group member for a group I 'own' has, according to Skydrive, "chose to not receive group email'. The member can still send email to the group but does not receive any group emails. All email sent directly to their account is received.
The issue is the member does not know why/how this setting was changed, and can not see a setting to change it back. They use Outlook.com with an @msn.com email address.

I had clicked on the link to” try” Outlook.com, because in Windows mail many times I can not see the message and/or mail just disappears.
I entered the email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (I could not enter the valid address

*** Email address is removed for privacy ***, completed the other requested info, password etc.
I have (4) valid frontier.com email addresses, but outlook would not let me enter them, so I closed the account. Now whenever I go to Mail, People, or Messages I receive a message showing “*** Email address is removed for privacy *** and
showing a box to enter the password. Below the box is a message stating the password is invalid. entering the password does not work either. I can cancel the banner and see email as before.
How can I totally remove Outlook from this PC and eliminate the banner?
Also I tried to upgrade to 8.1 and received the same banner as described above with error
OxC1900101-Ox40019.

I have two own-domain email accounts I read through Outlook.com, and I am trying to add a third.
No matter how I tweak the settings, Outlook.com always comes back saying "There's a problem connecting to the POP3 mail server."
I have carefully entered all the email settings advised by cpanel for my server.
The really odd thing is that Windows Live Mail *will* recognize this third email account. But when I take the settings (server names, port numbers etc) that Live Mail is using, and try to
set up the same account through Outlook.com, it won't work.
This suggests a glitch with Outlook.com.
Any help much appreciated - I've scraped the barrel on this one!

I have found that Outlook have deleted almost 99% of my emails from sent folder. Is crazy it shows 1 email sent today, 4 sent Nov 6th, 1 sent Nov 5th, 1 sent Nov 1st, 1 sent Sep 26th and 2 sent Aug 27th..... How this could happen???
I could read that most people with this problem have not received any good support from Microsoft staff. I have been used outlook from many years and never happened something like this.
Please any positive answer from microsoft??

My e-mail has been working perfectly well (Outlook in Firefox) all day. Now suddenly the font size for everything is tiny and I cannot read it at all? Why is this?

I have installed Outlook onto my Nexus7 but it is not showing the pull-down arrow/menu so that I can find 'people and contacts'
I have also installed Outlook onto my PC and that is working OK.

I set my font in Outlook.com but after starting a message in one font size, and then inserting a picture or quote, the font becomes smaller when I begin to write again. I wish the font would not become smaller as I continue writing the email - after I
insert a quote or picture from the net.
