How can I change the limit on addresses in group emails, does my ISP have a limit, I am with TalkTalk

When sending group emails, I place the designated group into the BCC file, (avoid sharing email details) when I check the sent file, I find it only forwarded the email to 16 of 53 address's. The next one sent to 21 of 45 address's. The next one sent to 26 of 58 address's.  I have tried redeveloping the groups to be smaller and it does not make any difference.  Sometimes it will send to the entire group of 53, or whatever the quantity is.  I have done the update provided by LenMaggiore, it worked for one send, then dropped address's in the next email.  I do all updates from MS, and still cannot get consistent sending of emails?

What else can be done to fix this? I await your solution!

Have Window 8 my groups (categories) won't keep the names in, despite clicking save?
I have set up various groups/categories in Windows Live Mail for sending group e-mails and when I click on them, they appear to have everyone in, but if I try to send an e-mail, there are either no contacts in there or there is only partial recipient addresses in there. When I click on the category to edit it, the original contacts have all disappeared or partially disappeared! I try putting them in again and click save and they don't stay there!  It used to work fine, what is happening??    
I have personally spent 4-5 hours  and tech support has spent an additional 5-6 hours, no error message. Tried online repair, etc. Tech guy said another customer has same problem.

This morning ALL names were missing when I go to 'edit category'. I have large business group folders....need help!

I have group emails set up that I have used for years.  When I updated to windows 8 they do not work anymore.  I might have 20 contacts in a group and windows will only send the email to 3 or 4 of them.  what do I do?

 

A group member for a group I 'own' has, according to Skydrive, "chose to not receive group email'.  The member can still send email to the group but does not receive any group emails.  All email sent directly to their account is received. 

 

The issue is the member does not know why/how this setting was changed, and can not see a setting to change it back.  They use Outlook.com with an @msn.com email address.

I am having a problem with sending group emails.  They go to my send box, but never get to  the people in the group.  I have several groups I email once a week and we upgraded computer and to 365 home and office.  I have been on the phone with my internet provider and they say it is my outlook's fault not theirs, although the first time this happened they said same thing and when I got off with them to contact you I tried to send them out and they went.  I have each group coming to me as well.  I am so frustrated and hope you can help me.

 

Increasingly over the years, with hotmail and now outlook, my group emails are not being received.
I send about 500 at a time every 2 months.  People have been on that list for nearly 14 yrs no longer receive them.
It's so bad that it has severely affected my part time business.  I do yoga retreats.
Can someone tell me how to fix this or how to export all my contacts to a reliable email service.

My hotmail account, now outlook, is not receiving all the emails that I get sent. I have noticed this when people have sent group emails and everybody has received it excluding me. I have also been told by certain people that when trying to mail me they have to try to send it numerous times before it works (my email being the only problem they have when sending. Occasionaly over the last few months, i have received an email from my own account in the middle of the night with a document attached. These emails I have received through my blackberry. I have not opened the documents.
Do you know how i can fix this? My work life is based on this account and so I am very desperate! Please help!
