After I add them to one group, I can't add them to another without them being deleted from the first group I had them in. I didn't have this problem before the changes to hotmail. I need to be able to have the same contact in several contact groups!
Will I be able to recover deleted emails even though they were deleted from the delete folder?
I received an e-mail from Microsoft Answers that "my question had been answered." The "answer" was a post made a day before mine saying that person had the same problem?
I am new to this forum? Is this a joke? What does this mean? Is this forum just a ruse?

My hotmail page is apparently not loading correctly after logging in. Email messages are at the bottom of the page and when I try to access mail or delete messages, it just sits there and does nothing.

Like all the others Hotmail will not load properly for 3 days now. It does seem to work with the Opera browser, but noting else.
I have noticed that Messenger is always trying to load. The one time it did work on IE, messenger did not try to load. Is there anyway to disable Messenger?
I know this is pointless, but is there any place to obtain technical support or at least information. I have "chatted" with 3 clueless people at Microsoft who tel lme to post on here and I receive a response withing 24 hours. One did say "our engineers are aware" of it and she apologized. At least I did not fall for the purchase of enhanced Hotmail - I intended to.
Has anyone found a solution?

My hotmail account was also down for a period of time this morning. Once b/4 my account changed its appearance, but I was able to restore the 1st rendition of my hotmial account (which I much prefer). Now I am unable to locate the "change back" button
or whatever it was that I used previously. I think we as customers not only deserve some answers, but as Miriam said, we pay for this service so we should be able to get what we want.
Off and on, for past 3 days, when accessing hotmail, it comes up blue letters, and virtually inaccessable. One computer runs XP, other runs Windows 7. The XP is seldom used and pulled it out to ensure husband had not (again) done something wonderful.
Hotmail runs fine on Ipad. Also had same experience, today, at MSN. But only once. Help

What happens to questions? I posted questions about Hotmail failing to load, Then a question about the system. They disappeared in a few minutes. Does Hotmail delete anything not to its liking?
