When I try to reply to an email, it doesn’t put the person’s name in, and just "spins" in the contact box, WHY? 2 DAYS OF THIS IS AGGREVATING

I can't see any of my contacts they don't even come up anymore. When I go to the page that you now call people it is blank and says a problem occured. Even when I try responding to an email that persons address has to be typed in what is going on?

Varje gång jag loggar in på min mail och läser min e-post så blir jag, ofta flera gånger, stoppad av ovanstående meddelande. Hotmail är ganska värdelöst! Vad är fel? Det är väldigt irriterande att få detta meddelande eller meddelandet att websidan inte kan visas.

I have added new contacts to my people list. I have added them to a group by using the drop down and checking the group. Now hotmail will not recognize the new contact nor the group when typing the name in the To: bar on the email message. Did I set something up incorrectly? Help! Thanks.
