Depuis quelques temps, j'ai un correspondant qui apparaît TOUJOURS HORS LIGNE, alors, qu'en réalité, elle est connectée.
De ce fait, il est impossible de parler, en direct avec la caméra ni envoyer de message en direct. De son côté, tout fonctionne normalement avec d'autres correspondants. Donc, je pense que le problème est chez moi.

I have opened several files to store e-mails in, and now I want to delete some of them,  any idea how please. 

Vacation reply is on all outgoing e-mail. Not instigated by me. It will not turn off on options.

Older e-mails in Inbox being deleted automatically?

All my Inbox e-mails previous to September 16 2012 seems to have been deleted on its own. Where did they go? Can I recover them? I also use Windows Live Mail and Thunderbird, I don't know if these programs are automatically deleting older e-mails. 

How can I delete an old contact that pops up when I start a new message but is not in my current contact list?

When I click new to begin composing a new message, then start typing the letters of the contact whom I want to send a message to,
an old contact name appears in the drop down menu. I deleted this contact months ago, but it keeps popping up. When I search for this contact in my contacts file, it is not there, so I am unable to delete it. How can I remove it?

In Hotmail, where are the settings where one indicates from whom they will accept e-mails?   I did not find any of the e-mail which I'm seeking in the Junk Folder.  Ancestry has my correct e-mail address.  I have indeed indicated to Ancestry which newsletters I wish to receive and they assure me they are sending them.  Ancestry.com and *** Email address is removed for privacy *** are also on my contact list.  I would like to make the necessary adjustments or I would like Hotmail to allow e-mail from those addresses into my inbox.  Anyone who knows what to do, please respond.  Thank you in advance.
