How do I prevent mails from a certain web page, not a certain mail adress!!! It is generating new addresses every time so blocking one mail is useless

Howcome my account has been close around 11:45 p.m. on the 5th of december VERY URGENT i had it since about 8 years ago and with precious thing of ADOPTION that i need PLEASE answer me at **Removed for Privacy** it says that it is open since about half an hour??? and my password does not work? is someone took my name? i hope not thank you and please HELP ME since i was  there for so many years...  Nicole Thibault 25/04/1940

Hi, I have been using hotmail since the year 2000. I just realised that my emails from 2000 to 2007 are missing. I have not deleted them ever. and those are some important mails I had stored. Can hotmail retrieve it for me?

J avais hotmail depuis quelques  années JE L AI PERDU ET ON M A DONNÉ LIVE.CA JE DÉTESTE  ET EN PLUS J AI TOUT PERDU CE QUE J AVAIS GARDÉ DANS MA MESSAGERIE ET PERSONNE même UN PROGRAMMEUR N A PAS RÉUSSI A RETROUVER MON HOTMAIL
J ai payé une fortune en technicien pour m aider a revenir avec mon hotmail pour récupérer ce que j avais mais hélas  personne n a réussi 
Et pour comble de malheur ce soir mon msn est devenu anglais  j en ai mon voyage  j essaie de remettre en français la page msn est français mais mon mensenger est anglais le fun pas a dire que se passe t il avec vous autres

ตอนนี้ใช้ macbook air แล้ว มีการนำอีเมลล์เก่าเข้ามาอีก ทั้งที่ลบไปแล้วแล้วยังไม่ได้ลบประมาณ สองพันกว่าฉบับ
ปัญหาที่ต้องการให้แก้ไขคือ
 1, ไม่ต้องการให้นำเมลล์ที่ลบกลับไปแล้วกลับเข้ามาอีก
2. ต้องการให้ลบอีเมลล์ทั้งหมดและต้องการเริ่มการใช้อีเมลล์ใหม่ 
รบกวนแนะนำให้ด้วยคะ
