I reset the password using the mechanism provided when you click the 'forgot password' link on the sign-in page. Once reset via a security question, I signed-in with the new password, and all emails are missing. I had a new (unread) email from the Hotmail Team with subject 'Getting started with Hotmail'. I've had the account for years. All contacts appear to be still there. When I click 'recover deleted messages' in the Deleted folder: also, nothing. I do not understand how my account could have been reset? The 'Getting started with Hotmail' email is also confusing.
The time stamp on my e-mail both incoming & outgoing seem to be way off. What time is being used and how to i account/decipher it?
I currently have more than 500 emails blocked, but I need to add additional blocked email addresses. How can this be done?
