8.1 Screws It Up Again… Locked Skydrive files

Prior to "upgrading" from Windows 8 to 8.1, I frequently would work on an Excel file on my desktop computer, close and save it, then go to my packing room, open the same file on my Surface, and make updates. I would then save and close the file on my Surface and could return to my desktop and re-open it. Viola, all of my updates were there, and the ease of getting things done was beautiful. Enter Windows 8.1. Since "upgrading" to Windows 8.1, my bookmarks to my Skydrive files no longer work, and when I try to do what I describe above, I get nothing but "This file is locked for editing by another user" even when IT IS NOT! Now, I am spending my afternoon trying to fix this problem and playing I.T. manager for something THAT WORKED PERFECTLY BEFORE. Why do you insist on **** US OFF at every turn? To all,

 

I am trying to send a highlight video of my daughter's 2013 lacrosse season via Skydrive.  How do I change the "Subject Line" that people will see when I share it?  It shows up as, "Brian has shared a video with you.".  I am worried that coaches will not open it, especially if it goes to their spam file.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

outlook not responding when trying to read mail

     I have my outlook e-mail through MSN and have no problem signing in but once I am in it will not let me read my mail.  when I click the individual e mails they will click but will not open.  there is also no reaction when I try to open any of the other folders. sent messages, saved messages deleted messages drafts etc etc.  this has been out for about four days now and I haven't been able to get into my messages. Help!

outlook problems.

I am having a problem with sending group emails.  They go to my send box, but never get to  the people in the group.  I have several groups I email once a week and we upgraded computer and to 365 home and office.  I have been on the phone with my internet provider and they say it is my outlook's fault not theirs, although the first time this happened they said same thing and when I got off with them to contact you I tried to send them out and they went.  I have each group coming to me as well.  I am so frustrated and hope you can help me.
