cant get into hotmail account from my computer but from my family and work one i can?

everytime i try and sign into my hotmail account and put in my password it just goes back to the log in screen for me to re type it, there is no comment just a blank sign in and password, when i click on problems with my account it just goes to an error message please help

Have followed all the suggestions given on the e mail of 11th Feb - all to no avail.

Have received approx 4 messages in the last 7 days - my husbands Hotmail account is still working perfectly and he uses the same computers that I do.

Still no further on than before - I have been using this account every day for over 10 years.

Any ideas what to do next ??????????????

How to recover deleted folders in Hotmail?

Hi,
I just started using outlook 2007 and connected into my hotmail account using the hotmail connector.
It appears that I have deleted folders in my hotmail using outlook,
This happened about two days ago.

They are gone. They are not in outlook or the deleted folder in outlook.
Undelete did not recover any files/folders on my laptop. They were not moved to another folder.

They are not in the deleted folder in hotmail.
The recover link does not recover the folders only a few emails, mostly junk.

Subsequent investigation showed that my hotmail was set to delete on download.
I have now stopped that.

Can you please help me and restore the deleted folders in my hotmail account.
There are about 8 folders, including one on my pension which I really need.

secure https address is changes from green to yellow while reading e-mail is this normal

when I open my hotmail, the https is green, but as soon as it connects, it goes yellow, or it might stay a green https but changes to yellow while I checking my different e-mails. Am I safe to read and send e-mails if it is not showing a green https? I usually google stuuf from this hot mail page. Am i safe doing so.
