I have just logged in to my hotmail account and all my emails in my inbox have disappeared. Can you tell me how I can retrieve these
I inadvertently typed in my password instead of my email address. Mow, when I attempt to sign into hotmail not only does the correct email address pop upbut this erroneous name also pops up. How do I remove that extraneous name?
I have since changed the password but would still like to remove the extraneous sign-in entry.
My account has been hacked. The hacker is sending spam emails in my name asking for money to all my contacts some of which are customers.
I got the account back using the change of password & details route . A few hours later the hacker was able to get it again even with change of password and details.
Have made several attempts to get it back but keep getting told not enough relevant information.
What else can I do about this? (just allow the hacker to carry on trying to get money out of people)
Why can you not report directly if your account has been hacked ?
