As I stated above, my contact list has vanished. I did not have those addresses memorized so I'm lost. And there is no place to construct a new list. Also, I can no longer forward an email for the button for doing that is no longer there. How can I get
those back? Without them hotmail is about useless.

I have to continuously log in to my account on my phone. Does this mean someone is trying to access my account from somewhere else?? I get the error stating that I need to login again. How can I prevent this??

I cannot access my hotmail account. I have an Samsung, Android software phone. I was forced to upgrade to the Outlook email service and I already changed my password and that did not work. I am still getting the authentication error. Any ideas would
