is it possible to retrieve back my email after deleted and empty of the my documents? Let say if 2 months back using this email

During the great transition from Hotmail to Outlook, I accidentally deleted my e-mails prior to a certain date. I now find that I desperately need those e-mails. Are they stored somewhere out there where I can get them back? Tried the deleted message
restore deal, but it only went back a few days. I'm looking for messages a few years back. <sigh>
I've been working since the 3rd of March, 2013 on this particular draft document.
I last viewed it yesterday night, and last worked on it within the past 48 hours.
It was being stored as an email in my "Draft" folder - hence, there are NO copies in the "SENT" folder that I can refer to.
It's taken HUNDREDS of hours over the past month and a half of work to get the document/email to its present state...
And today, about 2 hours ago, when I went to look for it, it was MISSING.
I'm absolutely devastated.
I've tried the auto-recovery function in the "Deleted" folder, and carefully gone through that folder as well looking for it. It's not anywhere to be found.
Please, please help!

How do I recover deleted junk mail?
Ayer no pude ingresar a mis cuentas de hotmail,luego de intentar cambiar las claves,ya que no las tomaba,me sale una leyendo diciendo que había agotado la cantidad de intentos,que esperara hasta hoy,hoy vuelvo a intentarlo y tampoco me lo permite.
