Hello Team,

 

My email ID is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I am unable to see old email, old sent items, personal folders. July 12 2013 i have changed my password. I am logging on to the account from my home PC and will have the same IP. After i logged on to my account i am unable to find the old emails. Citi folder , MA folders and personal folders . All the old sent items are also not availble. Please could you recover the old email and also the relevant folder.

In trying to find a way to get rid of the ads running down the right side of my Outlook, which previously was Hotmail, I came across a statement somewhere that there's a Hotmail Plus, I believe it is, that would accomplish that and that I'd have to sign up for.  If there's still a Hotmail, WHY did they MAKE us go to Outlook?  IS there such a thing as Hotmail Plus, and does anyone know if it really is ad free?  Thanks very much.

How do I see how much storage space my emails are using?  (and how much is allowed for free web based accts?) Before the change to Outlook, you could be in hotmail, then go to Manage folders to see how much space was used by each folder as well as overall...but that option no longer exists.

After viewing an email message, how do I return to inbox at the appropriate date

In Hotmail there was a link that would return me to the inbox where the one I was currently looking at was rather than returning me to view of the most recent emails. I am trying to clean out my email so I have navigated to the oldest ones. If I want to keep the one I am viewing, rather than delete it, there is no option to return to the inbox at that older date so I always have to navigate back. Frustrating, when there used to be this utility.

Sending Attachments

This morning I tried to send an email with an attachment and was unable - I got some kind of message saying we are currently setting this up.  Also when I send any message, it continues to act like it is in send mode and does not revert back to the original state.  I have to manually go back to my in box and can see that the message was sent

Hoping this is a temporary system issue and not something ion my end'
