For more than a year, I have been receiving a scheme email claiming from hotmail support team to ask me provide my personal information online, otherwise my account will be terminated. I have tried to inform hotmail for many time without any results. I
wonder if Microsoft is really becoming an out of dated company and can not dealing with this kind of fundamental customer service request.
Suddenly, when I click on "send" it looks like the message is in process and I never get a completed message that the email was sent. When I open up a new Hotmail tab I see that I have sent the email (I bcc'd) myself to test. The only way I can get off
ot the "sending" page is to close out the page! What is up? I rebooted my computer to see if there was something wrong or slow with my internet connection, but no change. Can't tell if I am sending messages now. NOT OK
This morning I tried to answer e-mail on my hotmail (outlook) account, but the little circle at the top of the page just continued to go round and round. When I tried to quit and go back to my inbox, it ignored my "continue" command and just sat there.
I tried this on 2 different computers, which use 2 different versions of MacOS and the same thing happened. I rebooted both computers twice. Now it seems that multiple copies of the e-mails were sent, but I still can't send an e-mail and get off the page.
Could this be temporary?
Every time I try to send an email, Hotmail says it's "sending" and it looks as if my message never goes through because it keeps saying "sending" and never finishes. However, if I close out of Hotmail and check my sent messages, I can see the message
was sent. How do I fix this?
When I try and attach files I keep getting the message "We're still getting set up. Please try again." This has been happening on and off over several days and is very frustrating as I need to send files urgently for work. I never had this problem before

I am running the latest version of Firefox and have tried clearing my cookies but am still having the same problem.

I have a outlook/hotmail account and as of today for some reason when I press send it seems to just stay on this page trying to send but without ever giving notification.
When I check my send mail box it seems the mail has been sent but it always adds this element of doubt.
Can anyway tell me why this would start happening?

Hve just applied a recent windows upgrade. Hotmail now hangs in send mode when tring to send an email. I have to close hotmail down to stop it. Message sent appears in 'send' folder but am not sure whether it has been sent or not.

Since changing over to outlook.com, I have frequently had great difficulty signing into my Hotmail account.
I notice that this occurs almost always during the UK working day - is this a simple case of overload on the Hotmail "server"???
I have ensured all the necessary Internet Options have been verified (ie the SSL and TLS parameters are set correctly)
I had a problem nor receiving e-mails from Amazon-uk. On advice I checked Rules for Sorting New Messages and found that my Amazon-uk e-mails were being redirected to Alibaba. As I had not made this provision how did it happen
