My hotmail account Password has been lost because it was stored on my mobile phone which is now broken and I cannot access the password that was stored on it and hotmail support team will not send link to an alternate hotmail and google email address to
reset it even though they have sent link before to my gmail email address to reset it when I had forgotten it as it was not written down in a notebook.
I still have the email that they sent to my gmail account on 22/August/2013 as proof that they reset my hotmail address on my oldest hotmail account back then.
I have filled in the forms about 4 times and submitted them to the hotmail support team but have gotten an automated response that they cannot send link to reset the password on my original and oldest hotmail account which has got a lot of emails.
