I received a private message to a question I posted, which led me to a link. When I click on the link, there was content there yesterday but i has now disappeared and there is no way I can notify the sender that I have not been able to read the message
and follow the instructions. I have been instructed not to post new threads but I do now understand how I can communicate with the sender if I cannot reply to the messages. Perhaps I am missing how this whole forum works. Can someone please help. Thank

I receive the error "You need to cancel any paid services or Microsoft Points account associated with your Microsoft account" when I try to cancel my Microsoft account.
I suspect this is due to there being a free xbox live account being associated with my Microsoft account, that was automatically created, unbeknown to me, when I created a Microsoft Account through Windows 8.
There is no way for me to cancel the xbox live account as it is not a gold subscriber account.
I have no use for this account anymore as I have another Microsoft account which I use for the partner program and website spark program.
Please can a Microsoft employee make it possible for me to close this account. I give you permission to access my account and make any necessary changes required for me to successfully close my account.

At some point I accidentily used my gmail user name in the transfer to or set up to live mail. Now my live mail has two accounts but both are a live accounts not gmail and live just live : example *** Email address is removed for privacy ***(incorrect) the other *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (correct). Everytime that I try to email using the correct live account it is not sent and a error box appears saying unable to send email. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do business with a number of legitimate online retailers. However that means I also get a lot of mail from them. I used the "Unsubscribe" feature in Outlook, only to discover that it in reality is a "Block" function.
Which means that it's also blocking any Order confirmations, Customer Support, or PASSWORD RECOVERY. So yes, I'm unable to access some of my online accounts because the email to reset the password or confirm log-in information is blocked from my Inbox.
I was told to add the domain to my Safe-Sender list, however this doesn't work. Apparently Outlook in it's infinite wisdom decided "Unsubscribe" and "Block" were the same thing. And also determined that it should take priority over any White/Black list I set up.

I have an IMAP type account. How do I set up my account to delete messages from server automatically when I open outlook. All my mail is duplicated on the server. I keep getting messages that my 'mailbox has exceeded its quota'. When I go to account settings->
change-> more settings-> advanced, there is else nothing to select?? Please help
