outlook email won’t let me access my email anymore, says someone else is logged in…

...but keeps telling me to fill out a report. i have filled out 2 already, and i still cannot get back into my acct. i created my hotmail acct years ago, and for some reason, the security question isn't accepting my CORRECT ANSWER. your stupid program keeps telling me to fill out another request to get my acct back. i can log in, obviously, because it has the drop-down menu on the right to LOG BACK OUT. but, the message i get upon entering is "someone else may be using your acct". if i am able to LOG IN, then i don't think someone else is USING MY ACCT at the moment.

 

why ISN'T there a phone number contact for your NEW OUTLOOK EMAIL SERVICE? i'd much rather speak to a human being, than some pre-programmed machine. i'm not getting anywhere with it.

OneNote Shortcuts can’t be deleted from SkyDrive Folder

I just started getting a popup message from the system tray:

That says Shortcuts to OneNote files can't be deleted from your SkyDrive folder. Click to go to SkyDrive.com and delete this from the web.

 

I don't remember trying to delete any shortcuts, but now I get this message and it pops up constantly. When I click on it and go to the web it takes me to my SkyDrive, with no indication on what I need to do to about deleting the shortcut files in my SkyDrive.

 

It's frustrating.

 

Any help or suggestions?

I must preface this with revealing that I am an 82year old man that got in over his head!!!

With a hard drive that seems to be acting up on my 6 year old Dell Dimension switch Windows XP and MSN Money and Outlook 2003, I decided to attempt to get current switch the world. I bought a Lenovo H520S with Windows 8 from OfficeMax on July 15. I found I would need Office Home and Business in order to run my Money Portfolio which is my workhorse along with Excel spreadsheets. So I bought it and they installed it and activated it on my new computer. 

I started trying to work on my new items July 16 but gave up trying to  conquer Windows 8 by July 18 after two nights of not being able to sleep with worry  over abortive efforts. Today I returned everything to OfficeMax for credit. I learned they were unable to accept software that had been activated even with any mind of override. Which they were willing to do. But they thought there would be a good chance that under the circumstances you might consider voiding out this program and allow a return to work on their system. Or perhaps you would send me a Return Authorization that would allow me to receive credit for the $169.99 plus $14.02 tax ($184.01 total). Believe me that is a big item to a SS fixed income person.

How to forward emails using Outlook.com

A tech chap spent  a day and a half on it still not working. What is micro soft up to. Changed from Hotmail to Outlook. Why????????? To make it look fancy. Nothing wrong with the old Hotmail. I had to find my own way around Outlouse. 
Still having trouble forwarding messages. Everything is hidden under some meaningless banner.
Next time get an idiot to design the email page not some micronerd that assumes we all know everything from the start

Dear Support,

Back in May I created a domains.live account for a local organization. I am hosting the site and have access to the DNS etc...

I am new to Microsoft mail. Everything went well and I created several accounts for users. Usually in the past when I have used other free mail services I used to create admin@ as the admin account. Today the organization asked me to create some additional accounts. When I tried to login at domains.live.com I was not able to login. I tried various options of username/pass combo's that I thought I may have registered with, but none are working.

When I tried to use the reset password form with the one or two I thought were the right usernames, I was asked for info about credit card I used and last emails I sent etc...fact is I never added any credit card info, nor did I send any emails to anyone. All I did was create new users.

Please can someone advise me how I can regain admin rights so that I can setup the users for the organization. An alternative would be to have one of the existing users become admin, but again I will need directions. Like I mentioned before I have full access/rights to the hosted site/DNS and other emails etc so I am the site admin, I just need to be able to edit the email accounts.

This is of an urgent nature so any help appreciated.

Lost some of my OneNote files

had to buy a new computer as my old one failed.  I had been using OneNote (and synching it with my android mobile phone) and had a LOT of notes that I need.  Now that I have brought my new computer online, the only way I could retrieve ANY of these notes was by signing up for Office 365...one of the notebooks came back (called "read see hear").  But my "Home Stuff" and "Personal" have disappeard or OneNote says they can't be opened.

Help! Is there any way to get those other two notebooks back?

Unfortunately I don't remember which version of office I was running on the old machine, but it was probably 2007.

Hotmail problem: missing messages

When I log into my account, it only shows about 30 messages, I don't know what has happened to all the ones I had? Why would they delete the messages, do they think they are not important ????
