double account (how to remove one?)

I had created a domains.live based account for a custom domain a while ago with active users.

Today I was trying to login as admin and was unknowingly using the wrong email account to login. Long story short I signed into domains.live account using a different account and when I did not see the domain associated with this account I tried to add it. It is now asking me to prove ownership. 

In the meantime I figured out the issue; I was logging in using the wrong email. Now that I logged in with the correct email I see the domain and can see all my users...

The problem is if I cancel service that I was trying to associate this domain with my new email account which is asking me to prove ownership, it gives me the message "This will permanently delete your domain. All users will be able to continue to use their Microsoft accounts, but will permanently lose their communications data (mail, offline messages)." Remember both accounts are referring the same domain name. One is working/active, the second awaiting proof of ownership.

I want to delete the incorrect association with the domain. If I Cancel Services does this mean all the users setup under my original email account will also be deleted? or can I go ahead and disassociate only this account from proving ownership?

Please advise.

There’s a temporary problem with the service

Hi,

I am having problems accessing my account.
The problem is that the sign in in disables (due to wrong password?)
I have tried resetting the password by phone, another email account and by verifying the account,
but whenever I click on the reset link, or copy paste it into the browser I get the following message:

There's a temporary problem

There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later.


Tried different PCs, browsers, clearing cache but no result.

Where should I leave my sign in ID?

Changing inbox settings when changing primary alias

I changed my primary alias on my windows account. When I came to access my inbox I was given an option to either keep my old inbox or create a new inbox folder. I chose creating a new inbox not realizing that I can’t change this from the settings. Can I make my old inbox the actual inbox that I use, instead of having it in a separate folder? 

I need help in recovering live.com email password, I used it about a year ago.

I need help in recovering live.com email password, I used it about a year ago.  I have forgotton password and details of subject or emails sent.  I did create a new account as suggested by microsoft, however the recovery support rom microsoft was not helpful.  Also, we have moved hence the orIgonal zip code and the contact telelphone numbers that were initially provided is also forgotton. do remember a number business transctions I had made and can furnish the same.   Please help me to get in touch with someone in the support section via email or telephone.  I urgently need to look up some information  from  the locked email suite.

For my email account name there are 3 listed. I want to go down to only one. 2 names are errors.

When I sign into my email account I'm promted to list my account name.

When I type the first letter 3 names come up. I want to ged rid of

two of those names. How do I do that?

Please help I get these persistent spam emails that I can't get rid . I;ve blocked the sender and I;ve blocked the senders domain but it doesn't work. when they send me an email they use various emails with a lot of numbers and a lot of letters. When can I do so that they are permanently blocked?
