how can I save picture form mail to different location?
I need a list of my recently logged IP addresses for my account for the month of July.
I am having trouble with my student hotmail account. I able to sign in but is directed to an account overview page instead of my emails. Can you help me with this problem.

I am have trouble with syncing to my windows 8x phone from my Live account. I have successfully synced my calender and emails ok but my contacts to not come down to the phone. I have tried resetting the phone 3 times and used outlook account and the live account same thing - email calender comes down to the phone OK but people/contacts do not. Please help - any thoughts?

My 11 year old son has lost his password to his xbox live account. I've tried to reset the password, but can't because the email address associated with the account has been deleted by the provider. When they send the password reset link, it is going to
an inactive email address.
I tried using the security question option and was locked out because my son can't remember his exact answer and we tried too many times.
I filled out the long form questionaire to have them look into the problem. The email response I got, just gave me instructions to do the things I had already tried and failed. They didn't reject it and close the case, they just told us to reset the password
again.
I called xbox support and he directed me here. Please help me find and reset my sons account. His gamer name is(removed for security) and the email currently associated with his account is (removed for security) .

Some of the files I have uploaded to Sky Drive at one computer are not visible or accessible at other computers and vice versa. The problem doesn't seem to occur with Word files, but does occur with some picture files, publisher files, music files, and
excel files. In one case, the excel file was only partially there when viewed on the other computer, but is complete when viewed on the computer which originated it. I have confirmed that these files are on Sky Drive, and I am using Sky Drive when trying
to view on the other computer. What is going on?
