My 85-year-old father's yahoo account was hacked and his email was forwarded without his knowledge or consent to a hotmail account that was created to mimic his yahoo email address - same front end, different backend (x...@yahoo.com and x...@hotmail.com).
The email is no longer being forwarded, but this person is still using the fraudulent hotmail account. He would like to get the fraudulent email account closed. Microsoft live chat was unhelpful. What can he do?

I cannot use as many function as I can when I don't have a Microsoft account on Win8. I've just closed 5day before. I've tried to sign in but it does not exit and did not let me recreate an account with this email again.

I seem to have the same issue as many others in that I keep getting the "To close your Hotmail account, you must first cancel your billing service. Go to Microsoft Account and Billing Services at https://billing.microsoft.com."
message popping up when trying to delete my account. I do not have any Microsoft Billing Service accounts set up so I just need some assistance getting around this step. Thank you for your help

Using hotmail(outlook) I get emails that do not show the senders address. This happens in both junk mail and in my inbox. How
can I find out the senders email address?? Most emails do show the sender.

On Sunday i added Primary Alias to my account then after adding the alias i signed in with the alias and its always showing me the pic below telling me that the email has been sent to my Inbox but i cant go to my inbox to confirm the email so can anybody please help me here???
