my hotmail account was transitioned into an Outlook account a few weeks ago, I never got any email notification. I hadn’t logged into my hotmail account in 3-4 days and when I did it told me it was Outlook.com now, i wasn’t able to long in for days because it kept showing an "error" message. when I finally got in all my emails for the past 6 years are completely gone!! how do I get them back? i did not even think this was possible and I am really upset and confused. I did not rename my account or make any changes. Please let me know how I can retrieve my emails that were deleted against my knowledge (I already tried to restore them with no luck) or who I should contact to help with this issue. thank you

Now I can only get into one of them as the other two never had passwords of which I am aware.
Why can't this be just the way it was if works just fine that way.
If it can't then tell me how I can get back to my mail.
This is really a question for Microsoft but I don't know how to get them to respond.
I can get to wheel watchers.com then when I try to get to Wheel Watchers Club I'm unable-what's going on?
Hi,
I have used hotmail now for nearly 10 years. So naturally I decided to continue using this service to contact clients and friends in my specialist field.
I logged onto my normal account and went to go to the account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** in order to check the emails from that account. I had both of my accounts paired so that I can access them easily.
I came home this evening after accessing this account this way about 15 times today and to my suprise it wasnt there. I knew that it may have became an alias but when I logged into my original account I was unable to view the psychology accounts emails. I didnt really want to keep the account as an alias and wanted to have it as a seperate account all together. So removed the *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account from the alias list.
I now cannot access this email at all and I get error messages saying that it doesnt exist. I have tried emailing the account and I have receive NO bounce email so assuming the account is still around somewhere. I just can't get to it. I have searched through these pages for about an hour now and tried every suggestion offered. I am rather tired of trying now and am hoping that someone at microsoft can sort this out for me and just reinstate the email account with all the emails?
Thanks and Regards
Matt
