Issues with converting linked hotmail account to outlook

Hi there,

I have been using the linked hotmail account platform to link two hotmail e-mail addresses. I went to use my secondary hotmail account but noticed that it no longer exists. I tried to add my secondary hotmail account as an alias but it would not let me do so. I would like to recover my inbox for my secondary hotmail account and have it transferred to outlook. 

How can I do this? If someone can help me out, I would really appreciate it, thanks.

URGENT! : Help restoring lost emails

I lost a few months of emails from my live.com account.

 

The emails were stored in offline folders on my local email client but I lost everything on that computer when the hard drive died.

 

My live.com account is working fine now, but I REALLY need my emails from August 2012  through January 2013 that were 'permanently' deleted to be restored.

 

These emails contain important personal and business infomation that I never backed up anywhere else.

 

Please restore these emails to my live.com account or contact me to let me know what options might be available.  There is some very crucial information that I need to get to.

 

I am willing to pay for Microsoft Support for this since I realize this issue is my fault and probably not covered by regular, free live.com support.

Forwarding emails after reviewed and/or approved

I need to be able to forward emails (with attachments) from a list. The email would be sent to the next Recipient after approval. There might be multiple approvers on the list that would need to be tracked.
