MSN Explorer was installed with my Windows XP when I first purchased my computer in the year 2001.  I have a free hotmail account since then.

I somehow lost my original MSN explorer and now the sign-in shortcut opens up a wizard and asks me to sign up for a paid subscription.

My wife and I could place the cursor on our name after logging in and the others account would come up and that one could log in. As of yesterday that does not happen and we have to log in and out each time we go on. How do we travel back in time?
Hello, I've been getting hundreds of junk emails since hotmail.com changed over to outlook.com. I have been blocking every single one and it has reduced the amount that get through to my inbox however I have a major problem. I cannot block certain emails because outlook doesn't recognise them as email addresses. For example I get junk emails daily from: admin@.__Bouce_dn but I cannot block this address because it starts with @. which outlook doesn't recognise as an address. Please advise!!!!!

I recently created an alias email account and was able to access the alias email when I would toggle from the main email account. Now on today I am able to access alias email account and neither is it show from my main email login for me to access please help.

All of a sudden all my messages to AOL customers are bounced back.  How can I resolve this problem??
I had MSN.  Now when I go to the people tab all my contacts are half hidden.  I can see the alphabet letters, but only the top edge of each name is there.  I have to click on each one to open it and see who it is.  How do I get the names to show?
In hotmail/outook when I view settings for "content from 3rd party networks" there is a photo of someone named Jordan Lane and hotmail/outlook thinks his facebook account is mine!  His image is being sent with ALL of my outgoing email.  I verified with one of my email recipients that this guy's image is being seen on the receiving side.  I need it off of MY account NOW.  I don't know him, I don't know how it got there and I'm angry that hotmail/outlook would take the liberty of trying to link my email account to ANYTHING or ANYWHERE without my permission.  I have clicked the button to not show public content from 3rd party networks and it does NOTHING.  I cannot control this other person's facebook account and yet hotmail/outlook is ALLOWING his image to be on MY email account - the GALL!  GET THE PHOTO OFF OF MY EMAIL ACCOUNT NOW!

My husband is not able to recover his account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

Since he himself can not login to the forum I am sending the request on his behalf.

It seems on 19th July, 2013 his account has been hacked again. In spite of taking all the care to keep password secured, updating all the necessary security methods, hacker changed all these outlets to recover the account.

He apparently had sent an official looking email form “Outlook Administrator”, Subject Id: 133- Account Alert! With a link to login to keep the account active. He did click the link.

Subsequently he followed the similar process as he had done in May last. However he is unable to recover the account and he is being advised by Microsoft Support

Now what?

Because there have been multiple unsuccessful  recovery attempts for this account, we recommend at this point that you create a new account….

Request number 94467843 is now closed

UNQUOTE:

He made one request to recover on 19th July, then he was advised to wait for 24 hours, as he was travelling he made 2nd and 3rd request on Monday (22nd July). He has provided the Subjects of few mails he had recently sent which were Re to incoming emails and email addressed he used for few of the emails. He also provided the past passwords.

It would be unfortunate if he is not able to get his old account reactivate which was opened by him on 7th October 1997 and he has several folders being used for archiving old useful information to him.

Can you please help? This account he has had since 1987 all the information of registration ID etc. is available.

Hello,
I am attempting to enable 2-factor security on my account (the account I am posting this message from).
Unfortunately I am getting an error message stating that
"Can't turn on two-step verification

Before you can turn on two-step verification, you need to unlink your linked Microsoft accounts"

When I click on the "Manage Linked Accounts" button provided I am then given the error message "The page is unavailable or no longer exists"

Can you please confirm how I am to unlink my accounts so that I can enable 2-factor security?

Regards,

Anthony
