I would like a list of all the IP addresses that have been used to access my hotmail account within the past 3 months please. I think I got i hacked because when i tried logging in it asked to change my password because someone else i log in.

I think my live-emailaccount has been hacked. I don't have any access to my account anymore. I've tried to regain acces to my account by filling in the question-list, but outlook doesn't allow me to have acces to my emailadress: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Outlook has sent this email to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (the emailadress from my friend who I am with on holiday in France). I think the hacker has changed my personal settings to his own emailadress because I don't know anybody who has an emailadress starting with jo*****@hotmail.com (the emailadress that I could use to sent me the new password). I don't know what to do...

My account was recently hijacked and the security info has been changed. I can log in, however I cannot change the security info back. the email currently in the security info is not mine, so I cannot cancel the changes. Any way to reverse this?

Since I bought my Ipad. If I set password using Ipad I can not access my email through laptop and vice versa. If I reset password on lap top then Ipad does not recognise and accept new password. Can anyone advise? This has stopped me from using icloud
and other related accounts that I need passwords

I recently exported all of my Google contacts (500+) as a .csv file and inputed this data into the Microsoft account.
The first problem I ran into was, my contacts birthday got transposed if they were born before 13th of the month. I.e 12th April became 4th December. I manually fixed this issue by going through and checking each contacts birthday against the original
contact. That issue is now rectified for me.
Upon completion of fixing the birthday issue, I tried to sync my contacts to my devices. Windows 8 went without a hitch, but then it was time to sync contacts onto Android & iOS and this is when I ran into a problem I couldn't fix. The problem is when
my Microsoft Account syncs via exchange I end up with 1200+ contacts on my devices when it should only be the 500 contacts which is how many outlook.com contacts I have. After further investigation I discovered that the extra 700 contacts have been caused
by the fact that my messenger contacts are also syncing to my devices, not just my outlook.com contacts. The other thing is that the outlook.com contacts & messenger contacts are not being linked and when I manually link them in a couple of days time they
become unlinked.
When I try to sync my contacts to Android via the outlook.com app it syncs some of my contacts however they are unable to be edited or added to.
In summary, all I'm after is to be able to sync all of my outlook.com contacts to iOS/android, be able to add/edit my contacts and most importantly not have my messenger contacts sync to my device's.
By the way I'm fine with my Messenger contacts syncing to my Android device through Skype contact sync which they currently do, but its not at all good that they are also syncing via the Outlook.com account.

My Microsoft/outlook.com was originally created back in 2005 as a hotmail account and I use to use it as my MSN account prior to MSN being retired.

I need help.
I have a new laptop, 2 months old. I run Windows 8, IE 10 and the native SkyDrive ap.
I have reinstalled SkyDrive 3-4 times.
I have deleted all files from SkyDrive and recopied my source files to SkyDrive.
I have installed all Windows and associated updates.
I have stopped and restarted SkyDrive.
I have rebooted my laptop.
I thought I had success as I had two Excel files sync yesterday: One was an edit to an existing file and another new. Later in the day, with no known changes that would seem relevant, I edited a Word doc and it wouldn't sync.
SkyDrive has indicated at times during the day yesterday that it was processing changes. Further, it shows that all folders and files on the SkyDrive are updated (the green check mark).
But they're NOT. Thoughts, help? Would someone from Microsoft like me to collect log files. I could sure use your help.
PS I sync my source (my local hard drive) to SkyDrive in the cloud, can see my files there and on my smart phone (IOS) and tablet (IOS), but in no place or case can I see the edited Word doc.
As of today, my Auto-complete for creating new and forwaridng messages has stopped working when using Google Chrome as my browser. I have checked the 'Auto-complete suggestions' settings under Customizing Outlook, Advanced Privacy Settings, where you enable
and all mine are set correctly. But when I use Firefox, Auto-complete works. What do you advise I try and do to resolve the problem?

The New button does not work so I am unable to compose new mail. When clicked it will go to the inbox and hide my most recent emails. I am using Windows 8 and IE 10. Everything was working fine until the evening of July 24. The new button works on
another computer running Windows 7 and IE 9. I believe a change was made about that time and was not tested for all versions of Windows and Internet Explorer.

When account linking was discontinued one of three accounts I had linked I can no longer access. I keep getting incorrect password, but for linking all three accounts had to have the same password. The other two are working fine so I know it is not a
password problem. I have twice gone through
the step trying to recover the account. This is from the second account recovery request.
Account recovery request 94736974 is now closed.
Can you help me find another way to get back into this account.
