I tried to access my Hotmail account and was denied. so I had to open an outlook account. when I tried to link the two together to bring all information to outlook it did not work. I need to get into my Hotmail account asap. I have conformations and
online accounts I need to get into.
I have uploaded a powerpoint presentation to SkyDrive, but the embedded audio will not play - a message appears saying that the file size exceeds the limit for the service. How is it possible that I can upload a file that exceeds the limit, but then not be
able to play it? (Total file size is 48 MB)

I had to do a system recovery on my laptop last week and by mistake I managed to close my outlook.com account to which i had an alias email address attached. I have opened another outlook account with the same hotmail address but am unable to add my orange
email as an alias. i get the message"that email is already in use try another" Please can anyone help!!!!!

Checked to see how my upload of music was going and was greeted with the caption...."SkyDrive - Uploading 17179869184.0 GB of 1.6 GB, 322 files remain" . That is ...17 BILLION "GB" of data. Took a screen snapshot with "Paint"...Talked to customer service and that was just a waste of time....I shut down the computer and am watching the upload for more
misinformation. Computer only has 1TB HDD! If I knew how to upload my Paint doc I would...Not sure what has happened to the laptop?....Any suggestions !
I have had a number of different accounts with microsoft from the beginning when it was hotmail.com and had no problem with the change over to outlook.com. Recently I have been trying to access an old e-mail address that I have not been on for quite some
time. I didn't ask micorsoft to make this account inactive and I cannot remember my password to the e-mail account or remember any of the security questions. The secondary e-mail address microsoft are suggesting to use is not working and it will not allow
me to enter a new one. Can anyone out there make any suggestions with how I can access this old e-mail address. Thanks,
I deleted my Microsoft account unfortunately, but I would like to get it back. Is it possible without creating new account with the new email address in it? I also lost the access to my skydrive account, so it is very important to me. Thanks in advance!
Monday evening I received an email from Microsoft letting me know my email address had been changed and making me provide a new password. 15 minutes after finally being able to login and I received another email that my account name had been changed and another link to change my password. I have finally managed to login and add my original msn email address to alias list but have lost all emails prior to change over.
I have followed the advice on the Microsoft webpage and changed the conversation thread option in the options section and went into deleted and pressed undo delete.
These do not work.
I need those emails for work. Also appear to be looked out of skydrive
