no reported computer time

I keep getting this with him having no reported computer time, but all my computers have family safety installed, and he is definitely spending some serious time on the computer.

 

It does, however list time spent using applications, such as java.

 

How can it report that 9 hours were spent last week using a java application, but no time was spent logged into the computer? He has to be logged in to use any applications.

What do you recommend for me to get family Safety reporting the ctivity correctly?

Sudden disappearance of emails

I logged into Outlook this morning to find that all of my business emails up until the 16th July 2013 had disappeared. I regularly log into my account although use the mail app on my macbook to read them predominantly. I migrated from Hotmail about six months ago. The Microsoft chat man took me through all the usual recovery actions but to no avail. I am incredibly annoyed that all my emailing over the past couple of years which is vital to my business has apparently gone. Is there a  way of checking what might have happened?

Is it possible to retrieve deleted items from the trash folder once emptied. this is a standard hotmail account and not a full blown outlook product.

It seems that someone is using the same e-mail address as mine.  I have had this address for a long time, at least 9 years.  I don't want to change my e-mail address.  I didn't think someone else could use an address once someone took it.  What can msn do?  I don't want to get their mail and I certainly don't want them getting mine.

Since then I keep getting her facebook notifications. I reset the password to my email but this problem keeps persisting. (I use a different email address for my facebook account)

I think she is in France and I am in Malaysia. How can this happen? She seems also using my account to open other accounts and it is very annoying!

Please help me! Thanks.

All my sky-drive files have been erased automatically

I logged in yesterday to Sky-drive and all my files are gone. I didn't delete them.
What could have happened?

Too bad my hard drive crashed and I don't have any back-ups.

Email account is blank

I was not able to access my hotmail account (incorrect password while the password was correct). After resetting it by phone-code method, when i signed-in my email was completely blank. How can i retrieve my emails back ?
