Is there anyway to get help recovering my account? It was hacked and I think the password was changed. I submitted the password recovery form a few days ago and finally got a message back saying there wasn't enough info to verify my account. I definitely
copy and pasted the title of the last email I sent and the last email addresses I sent it to. I correctly answered security questions and named folders I created.
I am concerned that some of the account info was altered by whoever/whatever hacked into my account so I'll never be able to verify it. This is incredibly frustrating.
Thank you for your assistance!
Microsoft Outlook.com is forcing a change regarding security info for Outlook.com email, which I will supply. However, the old email address I had is no longer valid. When I click that I no longer have that email address, it won't let me enter in another
email address for security purposes, it only wants a phone number. I am deaf and don't use a phone. How can I get the security info changed to another valid email address instead?
My micro account
*** Email address is removed for privacy *** will not allow me in and explains there is no such account but when I attempt to use this address as a new account. It tells me that it is in use. The only change made
to the account is from hotmail to outlook.
I cannot recover my hotmail account through any of the options available. I am unable to provide sufficient information in the account recovery form section and the email linked to my account is inaccessible as well. I need access to my hotmail ASAP. I
need to know if there is any other way to recover access to my account.
My other apps on my Galaxy S4 Android 4.2.2 phone show the count on new items, such as the native email app, lync, facebook, twitter, etc. I want this to show on Outlook.com icon as well, but I can only seem to get it to show me the message notification
that shows briefly at the top. These days, this seems like a standard feature on any email application on any platform. Is there a way to turn this on?
I used to be able to go directly to my Outlook mail without signing in which is important since I check it frequently for my business. Now I am asked to log in several times a day. I am getting tired of the weird letters and numbers. Sometimes I have to
log in 2 or 3 times before I can access my email. I want the keep me logged in feature back. enable it please.
Is there a location, .pdf file, etc. that provides instructions on how to use SkyDrive? I searched the community and couldn't find one, at least in the first several posts where I thought it would turn up if one existed.
Must the actual working file be in SkyDrive, or when I drag/paste the file into the SkyDrive (SD) folder am I really creating a link to the original working file. In the case of Quicken, for example, multiple files are necessary, but it would be handier
and less confusing to keep them all together in a "Quicken" folder with just a link in SD. I certainly don't want to store the entire folder in SD. I suppose that I could put a link in SD, then go to my other location to see what's there, but it would be better
to know what I'm doing. Please clarify.
I get error 603 when trying to transfer outlook express account on my laptop running xp to outlook.com
I converted from hotmail to outlook approx. 150 days ago. The conversion information indicated no emails/folders would be lost through the change. An estate litigation has heated up again, and yesterday I learned that a significant number of emails,
saved and meticulously compiled between 2009-2011, are now gone. Microsoft support says they have a dedicated team to assist, but can't get through to an agent at 1-800-386-5550. I am a paid subscriber.
