No junk

Hi all,

I am wondering where emails go when you select them and select not junk when they are in the junk mail.  I did this and they are now gone from junk but I also cannot find them anywhere.

Please help, they were important emails.

Blocked senders are not being filtered out

I am attempting to block both from my inbox and my junk folder, emails that are not acceptable and bizarre.  this method of blocking those emails is not working, and I need a effective method to keep these horrible emails out of both my inbox and junk folders.  Please advise me of my options for much better solution to this problem. 

Forced to Sign-in Repeatedly

Every few minutes, I receive a pop-up message that tells me I have to sign in again because Hotmail has signed me out. Even when I'm in the midst of typing an email, I am automatically signed out of my account. How do I get Hotmail to STOP automatically signing me out of my account!?

I had an gmail account which i added to my outlook account as "send only". Now I want to remove that? But I can not find the remove option. How to do that?

why can I not see photos in an outlook email

I can see them on my Iphone butnot on my laptop in my outlook email acct.

This problem of embedded pictures not being forwarded still exists in Windows 8 with the Outlook/hotmail.

When I forward emails with embedded pictures or images, only a blank rectangle is forwarded.  Even if I BC myself, still blank.  I have tried grouping by conversation (as recommended by Support) and un-grouping by conversation (as recommended by another Support person); still no success.  This has been going on since Hotmail became Outlook.  Is there a workaround or a fix on the horizon?

Outlook Express won't export its data or emails due to a "MAPI error."

 

I'm trying to move my wife's email from outlook express on XP to outlook on  Win8Pro and when I try to export the data from OE it says can't export due to MAPI error. No further explanation is offered. Her BTX files are where they are supposed to be and I moved those, but there is nothing newer in there than 2006.  Apparently there has been a MAPI error for quite a long time. Is there any other way I can get her email messages off of there and onto the new computer's Outlook? It seems like it's going to have to start with exporting them out in some other manner and remember the data files haven't been updated for 7 years. They're just sitting there getting old, but I don't want those old files anyway.

Domain Ownership through DNS not working

I have this configured in my DNS. I do not want to add email and MX until I have user accounts created and some mobile phone issues resolved.

Prove domain ownership (optional)
If you would like to prove the ownership of domain and create users without setting up mail, you can use one of the following methods for up to 30 days. After 30 days, you will need to set up an MX record for mail routing as shown above.
If your domain registrar allows you to create TXT records, use these settings:
  • DNS record type: TXT
  • Host: stipe.co
  • Value: v=msv1 t=f556dd14265d7f4095bd38ad5ee87b

The TXT records is live (see http://www.whatsmyip.us/txt:stipe.co) yet when I hit Refresh, the error will not go away.


Am I doing something wrong? What do I need to do next? Please note: I DO NOT want to change MX at this time.


Cannot Close Account

I cannot close my account, it insists I must cancel subscriptions but I have none.  Please help.
