I use Skydrive to sync between home PC and travel laptop. Laptop is now too full, I need to remove some of the syncing files from sync without losing them entirely Unfortunately this does not seem to be a simple matter of right-clicking on the folder
and selecting "stop syncing." I can find no solution in forums or in Skydrive. Please advise!
A few minutes before, I had been able to access my e-mails perfectly fine. I go to check them again, and refresh the page and it now says that there is a problem. This has been going on now for about 10 minutes, and I am waiting for an important e-mail
so I need to get this sorted as soon as possible. Is there anything I can do? (p.s, I have reported it to Microsoft already.)
I am using Windows 8 internet explorer on HP pavilion g6. Every time I go on Hotmail/outlook, it automatically logs into my account. I don't like this because when someone else is using my laptop they can access my email. I've tried resetting the internet explorer but it wont work.

Down the right hand side of every page in my outlook (email) there are adverts to buy Surface RT. Can I remove them as they are unwanted and very annoying?
Using Family Safety and have some blocked websites but child is able to access them anyway. Have parental controls set up also - are the two in conflict? And saying not able to save any changes I make. Windows 7. Also, it is like Family Safety is not
working - it does not allow my child to request blocked sites.

The account was blocked for some reason I don't know and I can't recover it because every time I try to submit a recovery form, it isn't sufficient enough. Some of the details may be wrong as I made the account a long time ago and I can't remember it. I don't have any other option of recovering it as the only email linked to it is the same email itself for some reason.
Please help as this account this linked to my xbox live account and I can't log in without it.

I have sent an email which keeps being received by its recipient every few minutes.
I have 2 copies of it in my outbox, I do not know how to delete them.
I am using windows 8 on a desktop.
