We've been using our PC for ages with only one user account, but in an effort to sort out the parental controls at last we created another account, made it the administrative account and turned the old one into a standard account for the kids to use. In
the process we changed the account names and none of them now have my name. So in the Control Panel/User Accounts and Family Safety/Parental Controls window the accounts have the correct names. Then we downloaded Family Safety, but this insists on calling
all the accounts by my name which makes things very confusing! Is there a way of teaching it the new names?

When I first got my Xbox and created an account for it, I for some reason ended up making two accounts, one being the actual account and another being a parental account which had parental controls over my normal account (this was done by complete accident).
Anyway, this has never bothered me up until now as I have just ignored the parental account and solely used my normal account. However, when I tried to log into my Xbox Live account today, I was asked to accept some new Terms Of Service, and along with
it confirm the password for my parental account.
Considering the fact that I have NEVER once used the parental account, and it was created quite a long time ago, I have completely forgotten any and all details that relate to it, including the answer to my Security Question. As such, I have been unsuccessful
when it comes to recovering the password for it (I have filled out multiple forms) and am unable to log into Xbox Live as a result.
I would be extremely grateful if there is anyone that can assist me in this matter as this honestly seems like the last hope I have of ever being able to sign into Xbox Live again.
I've removed all apps restrictions from his Family Safety profile but he can't open a word doc without getting: "Parental Controls has blocked this program. Path: C:\program files\Microsoft office\ office14". Parental controls is provided by Family Safety.
When I log on to his profile all apps including all listed Office programs are unrestricted. How can I stop this please?

My childs MSN email account says that it is managed and she does not see the Junk email folder. We created this account for my daughter when she was 8 years old. Now she is almost 18 and in college and email is apparently going to the junk folder but
she cannot see it. How do I remove all parental controls?
My wife is having the same problem. We faxed her drivers lic showing she is 71 years old.
She called Outlook when received no response & still cannot sign in.
She called a tel number , was answered in India, they wanted to charge her $99.
She has not been able to get into her account for 3 days. It is so frustrating, she has some
business emails that need to be tended.

I have parental controls on computer, however, explict photos of woman have started appearing in my email. How do I block?
Using Family Safety and have some blocked websites but child is able to access them anyway. Have parental controls set up also - are the two in conflict? And saying not able to save any changes I make. Windows 7. Also, it is like Family Safety is not
working - it does not allow my child to request blocked sites.
