The toolbar options do not show and I cannot read any of my emails

The only item on my toolbar is New. When I click on a message, it will not open. Messages do not appear in the Reading Pane.  All it does is continue spinning. I am using IE 10 and Windows 8.

It seems that someone is using the same e-mail address as mine.

It seems that someone is using the same e-mail address as mine.  I have had this address for a long time, at least 9 years.  I don't want to change my e-mail address.  I didn't think someone else could use an address once someone took it.  What can msn do?  I don't want to get their mail and I certainly don't want them getting mine.

Since then I keep getting her facebook notifications. I reset the password to my email but this problem keeps persisting. (I use a different email address for my facebook account)

I think she is from France and I am from Malaysia. How can this happen? She seems also using my account to open other accounts and it is very annoying!

Each email address is unique.  Duplication is not allowed.  They may have the same beginning as you but a different country code.  For example your email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is not the same as the email *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.  The other person may simply have mis typed their email address in facebook or left off a piece and that is why you are getting their email.  You could try to contact them directly to have them fix it, or you could just create a filter to send their email into the trash

I don't think that person miss typed her email address as she keep using my email to play her facebook account and even open other accounts with my email. I don't know her and how to contact her directly? I can't even her language and those words. What if she keep using my email to open more accounts, how much filter i need to create to send their email into trash. Is this my responsibility to do it too?

Kosh, you responded quickly to my previous post today but got it all wrong.

 

You sent this question to Office and accounts and aliases question and it has NOTHING to do with this.  It is about gettting access to a new account I set up---in anyway.  Here was the post. THe first part is from another user that I was following.  the last paragraph is MINE.  That link does not help at all. I have no way of getting into my account!  I cannot reset password, "I Can't use any of these options" page does not work for me either. I need help from Microsoft.

I have a new account that I tried getting support from the Windows Live Team and they set me here to the MODERATOR. I cannot access this new account going through the password reset or "I Can't use any of these options" page----I have a lot of information for that reset, but not enough I guess. Looking fo help with mm gaining access to this account!

When I upgraded to an outlook account all my hotmail emails vanished. There is thousands of them going back 10 years or more.

This happened three days ago.

Please help.

But the replies are being sent to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***....

It could be that at times the yahoo.com is the default sending alias I'm not sure but its annoying as all heck... my yahoo mail in yahoo, and my outlook mail in outlook (and gmail in gmail for that matter but those two aren't linked in anyway)

Anyone know how to set this up???

I need to re arrange my folders/sub folders.    I want some folders closer to the top, but don't know how to move them.  
I can move some of them, but not the ones i want to move?

Hi I have an alternate hotmail account that I can't seem to get into or reset the password on via the standard forms. It's not used too often I think it might be deactivated.  How can I re-activate?

I have posted a question here per the "Windows LIve team" and have not had a response.  Is anybody here from Micorsoft? Or should I just go back to Apple and get someone on the phone in oh...a few minutes.  This is over not being able to access a Micrsoft Account that I created.

I had my laptop stolen two days ago and I had it logged into Skydrive. I wanted to see if someone could provide IP logs for my account over the last few days.
