I have added all my email addresses to my hotmail account but now I'm getting each mail tripled in my IN box. How do I sort it?
Hi I can't sign in my messenger on outlook.com website. The messenger icon is disabled when i login. I tried clearing browser cache and using different browser and also on different computer but still not able to login.

My outlook cant open as there is an error saying the above file is missing. I have tried a repair that did not work. How do I resolve the issue
To start with, I bought a Windows phone recently and found out that MSN messenger and Facebook chat are integrated in the message hub of the phone. I used to chat with a friend through my old phone using Google client. Since I switched to a Windows phone,
I thought it'd be better to use MSN messenger now, instead of a third party Google app. So I told her to make an MSN account, and added her in my contacts successfully.
Now coming to the actual problem. After adding her in my contacts, I couldn't see her online in my phone. So I tried using the online messenger on oulook.com, and I still couldn't see her online. She was there in the People hub of outlook.com, but not
online. While trying to search her in the messenger pane, I couldn't even find her as an offline contact.
Since then, I've tried all sorts of solutions I could find: deleted her contact and added back, sent invitation to join my messenger (and she didn't get it), checked the privacy settings in her account and changed the permissions to 'public' most, even
made a new account but still facing the same problem.
Additional info:
She added me in her contacts, and was able to see me online.
She could send me messages, which I didn't get in the online messenger, but could receive them in my phone with her email ID showing up (although i had saved her contact details under her name)
I could reply to her message, and it worked fine that way. But that doesn't solve our problem, because she'd be using the MSN client in her phone, where she cannot see me online.
Hope I've been clear enough explaining the issue, and it'd be solved at the earliest. I shall provide more information if needed..

It says I have 471 messages in my inbox (14 pages). However, my inbox appears blank?
Can someone please help and tell me where these emails have gone and how I can retrieve them?

I have been facing this issue since 24/07/2013. I have been trying to recover my account using the form to verify my account but in the end it still fails to give me access to my emails.
I have forgotten the answer to my security question, but I have provided as much info as I could to verify the account, even the previous passwords.

Have set up EAS to sync mail, contacts, calendar.
Contacts and calendar sync fine, but not mail.
Mail sent only shows the same day, although on setttings, I've specified to download all messages. Also, I've setup to sync every folder.
Also, I'd like to know wich is the oldest message I can see on android, or could I see everyone?

I recently signed up for an outlook.com email account. I uploaded a profile photo. I can see the profile photo on the top left corner of the email when I send myself a test email. No one else in Hotmail or Outlook.com can see my profile photo in the top
left corner of the email, they only see a grey box with a white outline of a person which is the generic profile picture if you have NOT uploaded a profile photo but I did so it should show. How do I fix this so that others can see my profile photo in the
top left corner of the email when they open the email that I send them? I read elsewhere on the forum that others were also experiencing this problem as far back as 9/2012 but this issue does not seem to have been resolved nor do I find any answers on how
to fix this. I have not linked my account to any other email or any other sites so Facebook should not be a factor in this issue. I have only just opened the account, uploaded a profile photo and sent some test emails nothing else. Please help. thank you
Now that linked account feature has gone I need to be able to switch between my various accounts. Aliases don't work for me!
Currently I have to sign-out then press sign-in again (which leaves another tab with MSN open)
This is all very slow - surely MS could give us a simple "sign in as" WITHIN outlook.com so that switch is faster? The security protection would be the same as I don't mind supplying password each time.
Or does this already exist and I cannot see it?
Similar to another post, I have been unable to find some important emails that were in my inbox (it only goes as far back as the 16th of July). Is there any way that I can recover them back? I have also tried to recover the deleted emails, and these again
do not go back far enough for my needs.
Any help is much appreciated.
