Why oh why has Outlook inflicted yet MORE compulsory changes on us?
No....I DO NOT WANT to link my email with facebook -- or anything else for that matter.
No....I do NOT want my Hotmail accounts totally separate...I want to be able to go from one to the other with a minimum amount of bother....not all this ridiculous time-consuming signing in and out.......not to mention that it won't allow me to have both accounts accessible at the same time....
You'd think Microsoft would have learned by the fiasco only recently (half) resolved....
LEAVE HOTMAIL ALONE (And allow the USERS to decide what, if anything, should be linked....!!!)
Last week I decided to tidy up my emails into folders but for some strange reason my emails were not filed but deleted. These emails were only deleted last week 18th July but I would REALLY like to recover them as these are work related emails.
I appreciate you get hundreds of request for this but if I can get some help that would be great. I have done the recovery email option but it didnt retrieve any emails only junk emails???

The folders were there after the switch to outlook and have recently disappeared. There would have been approximately 20 folders with access codes etc. The folders and contents have always been there until recently. Nobody has hacked my account that I am aware of, I have not closed the account or deactivated it, I have not done any automatic sweeps etc, they have vanished along with my contacts.
I need these folders back as the content of my account, according to Microsoft, belongs solely to me. 3.1 of your service agreement.
I was unable to post this question under my login for the affected account, I had to login with my second e-mail to post.
I found out that calendar layout is shifted in week view.
I'm not sure that this forum is the rigt place for this issue, but I have no idea how should I report this issue.
