I have this account for more than 10 years and all my contacts have that. I don't even have a way to let all professional contacts know that I will use a new one.
All my internet accesses are linked to this email. I tried 3 unsuccessfully times to fill up the form to get the account unlocked and Microsoft support is stating that I'm not the owner which is just not acceptable.
Could you please help me unlocking that asap? I'm unable to access my account for over a week now!

Until today it was fine but when i go on outlook/microsoft account it says someone else might be using your account i have changed my password 5 times but it still says someone else might be using your account i have not given my password to anyone else
and it is stopping me from using xbox live how do i get around it i have been looking for 5 hours on how to do it but everytime i change my password its just someone else might be using your account i need to sign in to make sure nothing as been messed with

Just received my OTA upgrade of Android 4.3 on my Nexus 4, great.... but:
My Outlook/hotmail email account doesn't sync' anymore on my phone :( I am using the default email app from Android, not the Outlook app (sorry).
I get stuck on the "Wating for synchronization" message (may not be the exact English translation as I actually have my phone settings in French)
I tried with my girlfriend's account and same story. I tried with a Yahoo email account, and this worked just fine, so it seems to be an Android/Outlook issue.
Any reason for that?

Just got a message in my junk mail from "Outlook Mail Support" with the above in the subject line. The body text states the following:
I'm assuming this is a bogus e-mail scam of some sort?

Every time I try to sign in I get a Microsoft demand that I type in a CODE. What's this all about? It's a waste of time. Is this some virus I don't know about? Why can't I get MSN to tell me what is they want from me?
I would like to paste contents in my email including the pictures but when I paste to word there is only the written contents and it loses all the format in the original email.
My email stopped working so I removed the account and then went to reenter it. When I go to the add new account option I get the "Add an Exchange account" window. I then type in the account name and then the password. But the phone will not let me go any further. The "Manuel setup" and "Next" buttons do not work. It is as if the application just freezes up. Any assistance is appreciated.
