I have my Main Hotmail mail account which has now gone to Outlook ,but also had a second alias account,which i cannot find i could always access this from the top right drop down box were you normally sign out.

I've been blocked out of my account for some reason & it won't let me back in despite entering codes etc. I'm afraid that I'll lose my photos & videos of family, including very special photos of my baby boy. Please fix this!!!

I have not been able to access my account because it is suspended and when I try to fill out the form it says account not valid. Xbox live has done all they can and after 3 months of trying to get help I have now been sent here to ask Microsoft support

I have two SkyDrive accounts; I got them by getting an account attached to my Windows Live account which is also linked to my Microsoft Partner account and my Messenger account. It was created with the 25GB limit during the trial period. Since then I created
a test outlook.com account that has a 7GB SkyDrive attached to it. Is there some way to combine them into the one with the 25GB limit? Is this something I can do? The test account has a lot of pictures and other files that are shared with members of my family
which I would like to keep. However, that account only has the 7.5GB limit and the other has the larger 25GB limit but I would also like to keep the new email address I created in the test account and use it to replace the address on the other account.

I'm trying to close this account, however I'm receiving the error "You need to cancel any paid services or Microsoft Points account associated with your Microsoft account." I have no paid services or Microsoft Points attached to this account, so I'm not sure why it won't let me proceed.

Im really pissed off now. Everything was okey until some days ago. When logging in somekind securtity information was needed to be activated. I had options to call or send SMS to my number. None of them worked - I simply didnt receive anything. Ok then
I chose "I dont use them anymore" and put alternate email. AND NOW MY ACC IS BLOCKED FOR 1 MONTH?! Srsly what the ****? Something like this happened first time and I need my email every day. :@
