I've successfully transfered all our mailboxes under your services, but I need help. The limit is only 50 accounts for free and when we need more accounds, we should contact your support. So can you please increase the max. accounts number from 50 to 200 please? Also 100 is enough for us, but just for sure, 200 would be better in case...

Sorry about the typing, bad hands I am afraid.
Each time I log on I get an advertisement from Experian offering me a free credit report, I have asked them to remove the Add but they say it is nothing to do with them but it is one of their agents. Believe that if you wish. Can anybody tell me in simple terms how to remove the add please.

Was advised to reset my password as I had not signed out of my email account on my laptop. At the time my account on my IPad was working fine for a time. I reset my password on Friday 26th July, but have since lost all my old emails and files.
Have tried to recover mut to no avail.

I have tried all these options but I am still not receiving emails from certain email from 24/7/13. I can send to the email address but I am not receiving any back even when they try to reply to the email I have sent.
I'm not really new to this forum/community, I just had to change addy so had to re sign up. anyway, I've had this problem before and have asked why does that side where advertisements are go blank some times even after I've done every kind of cleaning
and restarting and even unpluging my puter and replug it in and do all the cleaning again and even refreshing the page doesn't help. what should I do?

There are several mail from some domains sent mails to my outlook.com. But these mail are not received. I checked in Spam folder, but couldn't find it. What is the problem for that?

Its been a while since I used my account and I forgot my password. What is the process to get to my account.
Problems persist and no response from the "helpful people" at ANSWERS MICROSOFT
I cannot log onto my new account , created to try and recover my old account
yet can log onto this site which recognised the account/password
My old account is now blocked for too many failed attempts of incorrect password
(which is simply not the case , I typed in right password VERY CAREFULLY each time
I have been using this password for about 12 years now without any trouble,
that is until about 5 days ago when the sign in page format changed)
It is now totally obvious that these problems have nothing to do with either account being security compromised
but to do with TINKERING by Microsoft , something to do with the final migration of Hotmail to Outlook .
Its a problem Microsoft have created and yet they are doing NOTHING
to help me get back my desperately needed access to my Hotmail account.
They will hide behind the banal excuse of SECURITY and send me another mindless cut and paste instruction
to follow the recovery form submission process
which I have tried to do, unsuccessfully, three times
( probably because I misspelt the name of a File Folder or haven't exactly put the address of a recent mail received ,
but there is enough data on the recovery submission form to convince even the Spanish Inquisition
that I am who I say I am)
I can access my BANK ACCOUNT by communicating with a Human Being and answering 3 simple questions.
Why cant MICROSOFT offer a similar level of service ..is it that they cant afford to?
What do all these wonderful Moderators actually do, apart from cut and paste standard format replies?
To rub salt in the wounds they will offer some "have a nice day" type standard format platitude
about "understanding my frustration" ..they don't and they don't care.
The users who take the trouble to write into this site are actually doing Microsoft a service
by highlighting glitches in the systems ( if they bother to look at them ) and what do we get in return ...
The numpty that runs this part of Microsoft should be be fired for crass incompetence
and a complete overhaul of this NON SERVICE is required.
PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY TAKE SOME ACTION
(OTHER THAN TELLING ME -AGAIN- TO FOLLOW THE INOPERABLE RESET PASSWORD PROCESS)
AND ALLOW ME TO ACCESS MY BLOCKED ACCOUNT
