Fraudulent IP address

Hi,

I have received an email from a person who have done many frauds. I cant get the real ip (x-originating-ip) because Hotmail is not displayed it and I need it to start the sue. I got the information, I hope you can help me find the location. You could send me the information to my email.

Disappeared Folder

I have just logged in to Outlook, as I do every morning, and found my subFolders with VERY IMPORTANT information disappeared.
I did not delete them by accident, they are just not there.
I've checked the deleted folder and clicked on the link to restore deleted messages...but they are not there.
This is obviously a technical problem from Outlook that is causing me great professional distress and sabotage.
Please contact me at your earliest convenience to resolve the issue and return my folders with all the content inside of them.

i have been trying to get this resolved as my hotmail account has been compromised, it still says cancel subscription but i have none except an old xbox transaction. how can i delete as microsoft are not helping.. pleeease

Message saying “Update Your Hotmail Account. Your account credentials need updating, please re-enter your password”

I've been trying for a while now to get into my old hotmail account but it's just not happening.  I always have it set up in my phone last week it said it had been logged out, when I tried to enter the details in said the server can not connect, I then changed my password and since then when ever I try to log in it says it it's the wrong password. Yet I know it's right.  So why can't I sign in on the hotmail page or through my phone?  I've tried to reset my password but don't remember my security question and no longer have access to the recovery email address.  I need to get into this account asap as its for work. I've filled two different forms in 3 times each with no reply (even though told Id get one in 24 hours) Help please???

My hotmail account has been hacked and I can't verify my account. I created the account several years ago and I have never used it to send emails for . The problem is that it is the email which is linked to my accounts for various social network sites and I can no longer log in to these websites. I filled out the verification form with all of my personal details, but since i do not use the account to send emails i could not fill out the recently sent emails or folders created sections. I was then sent an email saying i did not include enough information. This means i cannot access my account and it is in the hands of the hacker.

Is there some way i can speak to a Microsoft employee who can help me regain access to my own account, instead of having to fill out a questionnaire?

why have i got a box with the legend, “1 ITEM” in my inbox

Whilst going through my inbox, a black edged box appeared with the legend, "1 ITEM" inside it following my pointer wherever I go.  I don't know what it's for. I can't gete rid of it, and I can't select anything. Can anyone help please?

Windows 8 was already installed and whoever installed it signed into SkyDrive as well. We bought it new and now it won't let me sign into it. SkyDrive keeps asking for a code, buy it, or whatever the name was originally that the account started with. Any ideas?

My old hotmail account no longer exist! Please help!

I have several accounts that are linked to this hotmail account. When I request to reset password for my other accounts, they sent the email to this deactivated account. Therefore, I need to access this old account. Please advise on what should I do to reactivate this old account or there are other solutions?

I can't recreate the hotmail using the same name as "the name is used".
