Why is my e-mail address “unavailable”?

I accidentally deleted my primary Windows live account and now when I try to recreate an account with that email address it is "unavailable".  When I try signing on with that email address I'm told an account with that email doesn't exist.  Is there any way I can reopen my account?  or How can I still use my primary email address?

Lost skydrive / Double confusing drive

used to enjoy skydrive service for some years with my account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. having a potential sotage of 25gb because of an old free offer. I recently bought a new device (tablet) and when I tried to use it, I've got a message saying that this account was not correct. I created a new account with the same name!!! and on my tablet, phone and bowsing sessions I see no files. On the contrary on my PC where I have the skydrive app installed, I can see every file I used to work with.
Is it possible to conect my tablet, phone and PC on the same skydrive account in order to keep the same old quota (25GB) without loosing any files?

Attached you can see my PC drive with more than 2 GB of data and my web instance, almost empty for tha same account as stated above!!!

Could you please tell me what can I do in order to keep a single view?

My PC OS is win7 @ work and win 8 @ home, android on my tablet and ios on my phone.....

para estos dominios:
americanplasticcirujanos.com -> cirujanos plasticos en cali - colombia
poolsamericanas.com -> empresa que construye piscinas en cali - colombia

(casualmente los dos dominios con problemas tienen la palabra american)
he creado un registro MX a través del registrador de dominios 
y no permite crear los correos, ya llevo bastante tiempo tratando.

tengo varios correos con el registrador www.domain.com y ninguno tiene problemas

Due to disability, combined with computer dying, I have been unable to attempt to sign into my LONGTIME ESTABLISHED hotmail.com account now...Please reply with any solution to revive  my older account...I attempted to sign up for a new 'outlook.com' account and received a message stating I would be PHONE TEXTED A CODE???..I have not received anything to my phone provided either. Furthermore, all associated Microsoft pages used while looking for a way to access or re-establish my original Hotmail.com account displays my name at the top right of page and the 'sign out option beside it...

I would really like to have access to my original hotmail email account as it was also 'connected/associated with my other hotmail accounts (which I also haven't accessed in a few months due to my circumstances.

Problem giving child permission

I am having trouble using the Permission Wizard to give my child permission to create an email account with Outlook.com. 

 

When she logs in, she is asked for a parent's permission.  I have gone through the steps involved (logging into to my account, and authorizing a fifty cent transaction on my credit card), but I get an error message saying "We're unable to complete your request.  Microsoft account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later."

 

I have deleted my browser's temp files, cookies, history, and all the cache, but still no luck.  I have tried about a dozen times, and I get the same error each time. 

 

How can I fix this?

Somehow I have been locked out of my account for over 10 years. The account has an old cell phone number so I can't reset it and I have tried to answer the security questions multiple times to no success. Please help! I have a lot of email and information in this account.

Getting Message 100 error on Ad-Free Outlook.com

The only thing I get at Ad-Free Outlook is an error 100 and no subscription. Been happening for days and there's no real support avenue to resolve it. Love that the error gives you a support phone number to call to complete the subscription over the phone - then promptly hangs up on you for not being a paying customer. ARGH!!!!
