I phoned microsoft tech support and they just sent me here. This person who hacked me is changing all my social network passwords so i cannot access them. Please please please help me!
recently on 22 july, as i woke up, i found out that my passwords had been changed ( passwords meaning every account i had)
including hotmail acccount. i kept on retrieving the password and it kept on getting changed. i had my mobile number also on it and it got changed.
i have tried reseting my password through the recovery process that is told my hotmail staff.
it requires few question that i am not able to answer.
i have tried doing that many times and i have received a email yesterday from hotmail saying that there have been many attempts for recovering the password. we suggest you to make a new hotmail account its easy. ofcourse i know its easy. but i need to
get access back to me.
i do not wish that my account be used for any spam or anything
plus its a very old account.
all my important places have that email stored with them.
i need to be in contact with someone from hotmail staff who can help me with this.

Around a week ago my account was hacked, along with my facebook and twitter. I only managed to regain control via filling in a questionnaire, the last barrier of assistance, which eventually send an email to my partner. The reason for regaining control
and why it was so difficult, is that the hacker and changed all my security information. Meaning i couldnt make use of texting myself a code and the info isnt mine. I cant cancel the updates either because of the phone issue. I've been hacked 10+ times now
and even beefed up security on all the sites I use and even bought internet anitvirus but its not working. Mocrosoft has proved useless in helping me so far, so any advice would be very very welcome.

I am trying to close my microsoft email account but it ask me to go to Billing and remove my outlook free subscription but when I choose to remove under payment section to remove my outlook subscription, I arrive in community forums. Please advise. Thanks
