I went to log into my e-mail account and it said that someone else may be using it and that I had to fill in a questionnaire to regain it. It asked me to fill in the questions with as many answers as possible so I did. I then got a reply saying it has
been declined, but how?! It's my e-mail account! It has e-mails in from university and other things. So I tried again and got the same reaction by a declined application.
The fact that I can't access the account is a joke, I shouldn't have to worry about not being able to access my account.
I would like to have some information about what to do?
If it means that I have to delete the full e-mail account then so be it but I want answers because I am really annoyed with the situation

I have a problem of syncing contacts from outlook-desktop to outlook.com to windows phone 8(on Nokia Lumia 720). I have followed all instructions on Microsoft site, used hotmail connector to connect my outlook.com account and configured Nokia Lumia 720
with the outlook account which works. However the contact sync appears to be unreliable. My address books on each of the 3 locations differ by about 10 to 15%. I add new contacts on either outlook on desktop or on phone, depending on where i am when i get
a new contact. I observe that the sync happens for some contacts and simply does not occur for some others. I have posted this several times on microsoft and nokia forums, but apart from people pointing out to the relevant microsoft material (which i have
read and followed), i have not got any response which solved the problem. The only reliable way i have found so far is the dumb way of emailing a vcf card to myself when i create a new contacts (so that i can save it on the other side). For a business user,

I've had an extra Hotmail account linked to my main Hotmail account for a long long time now.
I've used my extra account for things such as eBay, amazon, Facebook etc. I cant access this account whatsoever now - because it was linked to my main account i never needed to put in the password.
I've tried to recover it multiple times, only to be told I haven't inputted enough information. I've tired all passwords I can think of and I'm stuck on what to do next.

Can I share a file via a link in an email without the recipient requiring a skydrive account. I can do this with Dropbox?
Are there plans to allow for more than 100GB with Sky Drive. Dropbox has better options for storage.
Is there selective syncing available? Meaning can I select the files to sync.
Reviews appear to show Dropbox being a bit faster uploading/syncing files. Any comments are appreciated.
