Hi, It all started when I bought an account on SilkRoad , and who sold it to me gave me the email and password, I didnt change it when I bought it, and forgot the password after a while, asked the guy what was the password so he gave it to me, but when
I tried it , it said that it needs to be recovered from it's recovery email , because it have been blocked for failing in putting the right password for several times,so I've asked him on facebook many many times, but he is not replying anymore on facebook
, and he left silkroad , now my account is stuck forever until he replies to me and verifies the email from his recovery email or if there is some other way to get back my email to get back my silkroad account, thanks.
When I login to my outlook account for a second I can see my messages then the screen goes blank. What is going on?? I can access my account on my phone but not on any laptop, which I need to for work. Please help sort this, such a waste of time!!
Whenever I log on to my hotmail account, the page vanishes within seconds. How do I rectify this?

My partner and I have been using Outlook.com for many months now and overall, we are very happy with what it offfers (mail, calendar, Skydrive etc.)
However, we have recently purchased an iMac and will soon be looking to buy iPhones. If our understanding is correct, Outlook.com does not operate using IMAP, which is preventing us from using the Mail application on our iMac.
Having researched this topic a little it seems that Microsoft intend to enable IMAP for Outlook.com but at present, there is no timescale.
Is this correct? We want to have all of our emails etc. synchronising across various devices and would be reluctant to change our email accounts to another provider as we like Outlook.com - but - if there is no foreseeable IMAP introduction for Outlook.com then we will have to consider alternatives. Gmail appears to work on IMAP and emails sent to/from our iMac sync perfectly.
Any help and/or information on this would be much appreciated.

I have just received an email from someone I know well, so there is no reason for suspicion in that direction.
The email has probably been sent from her computer at work, and likely to have gone out through their server(s).
My normal email format (fictitious name used) is similar to ------
*** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
The email address which was represented in the incoming email was - fredsmith x26 x2364 x3bhotmail com.
Note particularly the absence of the @ symbol in the incoming email.
Can anyone explain this please?

Sur mon compte Hotmail Outlook depuis le 1er juillet 2013, tout mes dossiers importants ce sont vider et la plus parts ont même étés effacé, depuis cette disparition de touts mes dossiers et sous dossiers, je suis tout simplement comme vous le dite toujours
et même réponse de votre part : (Dans le volet gauche de la fenêtre Outlook, cliquez sur le dossier Messages supprimés. En bas de la fenêtre, cliquez sur récupérez les messages supprimés.), ce sont les étapes conseiller par vous... et .toujours pas

When I create an email for user with the word 'p o r n' like Jiraporn which is a legitimate Thai name I get the reply "That account name is not allowed for use with this service." Would it be possible for me to send you an email for the names to be created
so that you can create the email address for them Thanks
As posted by AnaitteVaccaro asked on my folders from Outlook disappeared. Although I have access to the folders through outlook.com they aren't available in the desktop version. The connection was failing for the past three days so I deleted my accounts from outlook and configured them again,
which worked perfectly besides the folders issue.

I have recently been hacked whilst on holiday, and want to send a message to all my contacts to tell them what has happened and to reassure them that my account is now safe. This was possible on hotmail, but would seem that I have to individually tick
all my contacts into one group - surely this is not the case?!
